Patented in the German Empire on March 5, 1878.

The new lock for A sliding door doors prevents the doors from rolling prematurely at Stöfsen; the same does not grip the door post one, but on the threshold of the doorway.

It should also be noted that the present safety locking system can be used with retention of the usual lock. One would then only move it to connect with that of the bolt by a small rod and the spring of the have to take out the old lock.
