Die nachfolgend beschriebenen und in der Zeichnung in drei Modificationen dargestellten Neuerungen beziehen sich auf den sogenannten Gr au el'sehen Verschlufs und bezwecken ein leichteres Oeffnen und Schliefsen desselben, so dafs dasselbe mit einer Hand erfolgen kann.The following described and in the Drawing innovations shown in three modifications relate to the so-called Green's look for closure and aim to make it easier to open and close, see above that the same thing can be done with one hand.

Das wesentlich Neue am Verschlufs der Flasche ist die federnde Anordnung des Verschlufsknaggens i\ derselbe ist nicht wie bisher drehbar und gelenkig gegen die Flasche, sondern ruht federnd am Kopf oder Halse derselben. Dieser Knaggen i besitzt die Nase η und die Federung desselben kann durch mehrfache Windung bei ο verstärkt und vermehrt werden, so dafs man leicht die Nase η mit der Hand nach aufsen ziehen kann, wonach der frei werdende Verschlufsknopf r durch den zusammengedrückten Gummiring m gehoben wird und sich nach aufsen umklappt.Fig. Ι shows the construction of a wire spring.
