Fig. 1) die Abstreifer 4 gerade so rasch laufen, daß bei der gegenseitigen Aufeinanderwirkung der Geschwindigkeiten des Bandes 1 und des Bandes 3 jede zweite Zigarette in ihrer Längsrichtung so weit verschoben wird, daß sie aus der Reihe A der unsortierten Zigaretten austritt und ungefähr um Zigarettenlänge auf dem Transportband verschoben wird, so daß die vorgeschobenen zweiten Zigaretten eine Reihe B mit in sich gleichgerichteten Mundstücken bilden, während die in ihrer alten Stellung gebliebenen Zigaretten dadurch, daß die Zigaretten mit anderer Mundstückrichtung verschoben werden, ebenfalls eine Reihe C von Zigaretten mit unter sich gleichgerichteten Mundstücken bilden.A belt 3 runs at a suitable angle to the path of the conveyor belt 1; on the same there are drivers or scrapers 4.
