Description
Die Erfindung betirfft ein Schneidmesser der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 näher bezeichneten Art.The invention relates to a cutting knife which is described in more detail in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
In addition, hard metal has compared to z. B. tool steel has a significantly higher specific weight, which leads to increased centrifugal forces when the cutting blades are arranged on the circumference of a rotary drive. The invention is therefore based on the idea of reducing the effective cutting length of the cutting knife, its mass and thus also weight, without impairing the inherent strength of the cutting knife and, in particular, reducing the inherent strength in the area of the particularly highly stressed cutting edge corners (cutting edge ends) . This object is achieved in that between the through hole and side edges and / or between the through holes at least one passage recess - preferably an ioli'he llmrißform of a conic section - is provided whose diameter or at least the main axis is longer than the diameter of the through hole. It has now been found, as Umrißforinen the passageways that such are particularly zweckm.i SSIG, the general / wipe the shape of the gap at two feet anein.mdergesct feet / comprise · .bögen th bridge, said bridge .c d'arc shape to the respective Dimensions and strength characteristics and can be calculated according to the laws of strength mechanics. So the outline shape of a socho passage recess d'e of a krc'ses. The outline shape of an ellipse can also be selected. Here it is advisable to let the front and rear of the ellipse run parallel to a cutting knife edge, especially when cutting knives with laiien edges and corresponding
If the main axis of the ellipse is particularly long this can be appropriately stiffened by a rib running in the direction of its minor axis. At only If there is little space available, the ellipse can only extend over half of the main axis represent extending half-ellipse. Under certain conditions it is also possible to use the main axis of the Ellipse perpendicular to a cutting knife edge to read, especially if the spatial id Conditions do not allow a different orientation.
In the field of the invention, basically all cross-sectional shapes of a passage recess are possible, in particular a rectangular cross-sectional shape. For further weight reduction without loss of strength, it is possible to make the narrow sides of the rectangle parabolic and convex. For the same purpose, it is possible for the cross-sectional shape of the passage recess to be that of two trapezoids congruently juxtaposed with one another with their shorter base lines parallel to the top surfaces. A slight modification of this cross-sectional shape provides that the two shorter base lines run parallel at a distance from one another. It is also possible that the Qiierschnittsform the passageway is the one with seinei baseline to Dec 1 surfaces parallel trapezium. This cross section! «; 11 is used particularly advantageously when the cutting knife has the cross-sectional shape of a trapezoid. The longitudinal axis of the passage recess then expediently runs perpendicular to the cover surfaces. In such a case, the two cutting edges of the cutting knife are the longitudinal edges of the same cutting knife deck face.
In einem solchen Fall verläuft die Längsachse der Durchtrittsausnehmung parallel zu den Freiflächen.in the same way, the invention can generally be used advantageously in such cutting knives. whose cross-section is the shape of a parallelogram such that the open spaces of the two Cutting parallel to each other. In such cutting knives, each of the two top surfaces is one Associated cutting edge. The cutting edges are diagonally opposite each other. In such a case, the Longitudinal axis of the passage recess parallel to the open areas.
The cover surfaces can also be countersunk in the area of the passage recess. the Countersink can have the shape of a groove, to achieve a further reduction in weight and through improved chip evacuation when grinding to avoid scoring on the top surfaces.
Es zeig·The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail using exemplary embodiments. It shows

Die kleinere Deckfläche 7 liegt dabei an der Seilenwandung einer Halterausnehmung vollflächig an.The cutting knife I (Fi g. 1) has two throughs Bores 2 for engaging with a Spannvorrich device associated position fixing means, z. B. Bolt Mistake. The cutting knife 1 consists of a hard .Schneidwerkstoff, z. B. hard metal or oxide ceramic. The two long sides 3, 4 are designed as cutting edges. This is done in a clamped state Cutting knife I a relative movement with respect to the tool to be machined, the direction of which is determined by the Arrow 5 is shown schematically. The .Cutting body 1 • has the cross-sectional shape of a trapezoid. the The longer base of the trapezoid represents the rake face for both cutting edges. The tension of the cutting knife sers I (not shown) in e.g. B. a milling copy is done so, that the larger top surface 6 is acted upon almost over the entire surface by a clamping device. The smaller one Cover surface 7 is in full contact with the rope wall of a holder recess.
Die Hauptachse 12 der Ellipse verläuft parallel zu einer der die Schneidmesser schneiden bildenden Längskanten i, 4.Between the through-bores 2 among one another and / between each through-hole 2 and the Closest. The passage recesses 10, Il have in particular the Outline shape of a conic section, the respective main axes 12, 13 of which are longer than the diameter of the Durchtritlsbohrungen 2. The passage recess II has the shape of a circle, the Durchtritlsausnehniung 10 which are roughly an ellipse. The main axis 12 of the ellipse runs parallel to one of the cutting blades cut forming longitudinal edges i, 4.
The elliptical passage recess 10 can also be defined by a direction of the Ellipsenneben.K hse IS extending rib 16 be stiffened.
