Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
Die Federung wird hierbei jedoch mit zunehmender Belastung wesentlich härter, da durch die Verlegung der Federtragstellen von den Federenden einwärts die StärkeIn the case of the known carriage suspension springs, that occurs with increasing spring load Effect in such a way that a relocation of the support points of the springs from the outer ends against the spring centers to be done. However, the suspension becomes essential as the load increases harder, as the strength is increased by relocating the spring support points from the spring ends inwards
ίο bzw. der Querschnitt der jeweils in Gruppen angeordneten Federn zunimmt und damit die Elastizität abnimmt.ίο or the cross-section of each in groups arranged springs increases and thus the elasticity decreases.
The invention is now intended to remedy this deficiency, through the Arrangement of brackets on the wheel axles in such a way that leaving the support points the spring support points at the spring ends with increasing load from the spring center to wander automatically against the spring ends, so that a shortening of the spring arms takes place from the center of the spring.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment Representation brought.
Ι shows the side view of the same with normally loaded suspension springs, while
Fig. 2 is a side view of the same with one exceeding the limits of the normal load Spring loading illustrated.
The suspension springs α are, as is known, fastened directly and indirectly to the wheel axle δ by parts c and are brought into connection with the carriage frame e in the usual manner by means of straps and spring brackets d. In the region of the fixing points of the support springs are f b bracket provided on the wheel axle by means of supporting shoes g engage under the suspension springs. Here, the support surfaces of the shoes g run in such a way that the suspension springs do not come into contact with these surfaces under normal load, and the suspension springs are accordingly stressed over their entire length. If, on the other hand, the normal spring load is exceeded by any circumstances, the suspension springs are supported on the surfaces of the bracket support shoes g, in accordance with the increase or decrease in the spring load. The support is such that the springs do not suddenly rest on the support surfaces of the shoes g , but the contact surfaces increase with increasing load on the suspension springs from the support surface ends located in the area of the wheel axles δ to the opposite surface ends. By shortening the effective spring arms, the free-swinging spring ends are more resistant, which shortens the oscillation time.
The brackets can also be retrofitted to the wheel axles of those that have already been put into operation Vehicles are attached.
