Zusatz-Patent zu No. 22152 vom 12. September 1882.Patent addition to No. 22152 of September 12, 1882.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 22. April 1883 ab. Längste Dauer: 11. September 1897. Patented in the German Empire on April 22, 1883. Longest duration: September 11, 1897.
The screen passes through the pouring openings A 1 A n on the two adjacent stoves B 1 B n of the combination of three shaft ovens shown in the drawing and is pre-roasted with a moderate supply of air caused by a Körting fan. So that the air blown in through the tubes C 1 C n does not exert a counter pressure on the flow in the lower furnace, the two slides D 1 D n are closed during operation. Through the latter, the pre-roasted cover of the grids B 1 B n, turned out at certain intervals, reaches the common lower stove E. The same is operated only with hot air, which, entering through pipe F under the stove, is at a height of 60 to 7 o cm across the heaped up cover and completely consoled it to death. The roasting gases developed in this way pass through the channel G into the collecting channel H common to all ovens, where they mix with the richer gases of the upper hearth escaping through the openings J 1 J 11 to form usable chamber gases. Towards the end of the death consolation, the slide K in channel G is closed and the two slide D 1 D n opened, after the cold air of the upper herd has been set beforehand. The poor, but "very hot roasting gases now cross the cover layer of the upper hearth _Z? F B 11 , and while, on the one hand, an enrichment of the poor roasting gases is achieved, on the other hand, the pre-roasted cover that reaches the death comforter before it is lowered is brought to a great glow. According to the lowering the slider D 1 D n closed and K, and after the upper herd reloaded again, cold with blowing air is started under the same. In order to prevent blowing out the introduced air and the gases evolved are the Schüttöfffiungen A n 1 A , the front grate carrier L 1 L n L 1n and the discharge opening closed with airtight doors H. the opening N is only used for distribution of the freshly lowered visor on the hearth E.
