Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bezieht sich auf jene Art von Verschlüssen für Sodawasserflaschen o. dgl., bei denen der Verschlußkopf an der einen Seite verschwenkbar befestigt ist und am gegenüberliegenden Ende durch ein Hebeigesperre in Verschlußstellung gehalten werden kann. Diese Art der Verschlüsse hat den Nachteil, daß beim öffnen die ganze Öffnung augenblicklich freigegeben wird, wodurch ein Teil des Inhalts durch den Überdruck im Innern ausgespritzt wird. Um dies zu vermeiden, besitzt gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung der Verschlußkopf an jeder Seite ein Hebeigesperre, von denen indessen das eine nur ein beschränktes einseitiges Abheben des Verschlußkopfes von seinem Sitz gestattet, das genügt, um den Überdruck im Flascheninnern herabzusetzen. Wird nun der zweite Hebelverschluß bewegt, so wird die Öffnung der Flasche vollständig freigegeben, doch ist der innere Überdruck so weit erniedrigt, daß ein Herausspritzen des Flascheninhaltes nicht mehr eintreten kann.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, in welcher Fig. 1 den Verschluß in geschlossener Stellung, Fig. 2 schematisch in einseitig geöffneter Stellung veranschaulicht.
Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, ist die Platte a, welche den Verschlußkopf b trägt, an der einen Seite in bekannter Weise durch ein Hebeigesperre c niedergehalten. Das entgegengesetzte Ende der Platte α ist an dem Bügel d gelenkig befestigt, der einen Teil des zweiten Hebelgesperres bildet. Das mittlere Zugglied e dieses zweiten Hebelgesperres ist im Vergleich zu dem entsprechenden Mittelglied des anderen Gesperres sehr kurz gehalten, so daß bei Bewegung des Hebels f, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, der Verschlußkopf nur wenig von seinem Sitze abgehoben wird, wodurch der innere Überdruck abgelassen werden kann, ohne daß die Öffnung der Flasche so weit freigegeben wird, daß ein Teil des Inhalts herausspritzen könnte.
