Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von gemauerten Wänden und bezweckt, durch Verwendung eigenthümlicher Steine· das Durchschlagen von Feuchtigkeit zu verhüten.The invention relates to the production of masonry walls and aims by using peculiar stones · to prevent moisture penetration.
Die Construction der Läufer, d. i. derjenigen Steine, deren Längsachse mit der Längenrichtung der Mauer zusammenfällt, ist in Fig. 1 in Endansicht und Fig. 2 im Grundrifs dargestellt, α sind röhrenförmige Kanäle, welche die Masse des Steines der Länge nach durchdringen, und b Rinnen oder Nuthen, welche ebenfalls longitudinal verlaufen, jedoch offen zu Tage liegen und auf der unteren und oberen Seite des Steines angeordnet sind. Die Binder, deren Achse quer zur Längsrichtung der Mauer liegt, finden Veranschaulichung durch die Seitenansicht, Fig. 3, und den Grundrifs, Fig. 4. Auch diese Steine besitzen röhrenförmige Kanäle und Rinnen; dieselben erstrecken sich aber nicht wie bei den Läufern von Ende zu Ende, sondern der Quere nach, von Seite zu Seite, und sind zur Unterscheidung von ersteren mit bezw. a2 und b'1 bezeichnet. Die Kanäle a a2 und die Rinnen b b2 sind relativ so situirt, dafs, wenn auf irgend einer Stelle eine gerade Linie quer durch die Mauer gezogen wird, diese Linie durch einen oder mehrere der Kanäle oder Rinnen führt (s. Fig. 5). Eine solche Construction verhindert die Nässe direct durch den Stein zu dringen und giebt durch Ermöglichimg der Luftcirculation eine von Feuchtigkeit ganz freie Mauer. Wie Fig. 5 erkennen läfst, fallen die Kanäle α und a2 in eine gerade Linie und ebenso die Rinnen b und b2. Letztere bilden zudem mit denjenigen der zunächst oberhalb oder unterhalb liegenden Steinschicht ebenfalls geschlossene Kanäle, so dafs die fertige Mauer der ganzen Länge nach von einer grofsen Anzahl Röhren α α2 bezw.. b b2 durchzogen ist. Ein besonderer Vortheil der Rinnen b b2 besteht darin, dafs sie die je zwei Lagen verbindende Mörtelschicht durchschneiden, so dafs dieselbe sich nicht ununterbrochen von aufsen nach innen fortsetzt und also auch keine Feuchtigkeit einführen kann.The construction of the runners, i.e. those stones whose longitudinal axis coincides with the longitudinal direction of the wall, is shown in Fig. 1 in end view and Fig. 2 in outline, α are tubular channels which penetrate the length of the stone, and b Grooves or grooves, which also run longitudinally, but are open to the surface and are arranged on the lower and upper side of the stone. Such a construction prevents the moisture from penetrating directly through the stone and, by enabling air circulation, gives a wall entirely free of moisture. As can be seen in FIG. 5, the channels α and a 2 fall into a straight line, as do the channels b and b 2 . The latter also form closed channels with those of the stone layer initially above or below, so that the finished wall is traversed along its entire length by a large number of tubes α α 2 and bb 2 , respectively. A particular advantage of the channels bb 2 is that they cut through the mortar layer connecting two layers, so that it does not continue uninterrupted from the outside inwards and therefore cannot introduce any moisture.
Damit eine beständige Luftcirculation durch die Röhren ungehindert von statten geht, sind besondere Ecksteine von der durch den Grundrifs, Fig. 6, veranschaulichten Construction verwendet. Diese Ecksteine besitzen Löcher c c, welche die Masse von oben nach unten, also in der Richtung der Dicke, durchbrechen und so placirt sind, dafs sie in der Mauer mit einander verticale Luftzüge bilden und durch Vermittelung der Rinnen und Kanäle c2 mit den Röhren α α2 und b b2 in Communication treten. Den Lufteintritt in das so gebildete Röhrennetz vermitteln Steine mit Löchern, wie sie z.
