Abstract

The sheet fastening consists of standard press studs which are attached to the top sheet and to the blanket around the edges. Press studs have been found to provide a quick and easy fastening and unfastening of the bed clothes although they are quite firm to withstand movements during sleeping. Similarly they are not impaired by constant washing and do not have the disadvantages which are incurred by buttons and corresponding button holes. The use of press studs also simplifies bed making.
