Durch Zugabe von lOprozentiger Natronlauge' wird der pH-Wert des Gemisches auf 8,0 eingestellt. Anschließend wird das Reaktionsgemisch weitere 20 Minuten bei -150C gerührt, auf Raumtemperatur erwärmt und mit Diäthyläther extrahiert. Die wäßrige Lösung wird abgekühlt, mit 250 ml Äthylacetat versetzt und mit 3 η Salzsäure bis zu einem pH-Wert von 3,5 angesäuert. Die wäßrige Lösung wird von der Äthylacetatlösung abgetrennt und zweimal mit Äthylacetat extrahiert. Die erhaltenen Äthylacetat-Extrakte werden vereinigt, über Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Man erhält 6,8 g eines schmierigen Peststoffes, der mit einem Gemisch aus Chloroform, Isopropanol und Ameisensäure (90 : 10 ; 3) als Laufmittel an 300 g Kieselgel chromatographiert wird. OIe wäßrige Lösung wird mit 150 ml Athylacetat versetzt und mit 3 η Salzsäure bis zu einem pH-Wert von 2,5 angesäuert. Die wäßrige Lösung wird von der Äthylacetatlösung abgetrennt und mehrmals mit Athylacetat extrahiert. Die Äthylacetat-Extrakte werden vereinigt, mit Wasser gewaschen, über Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Ausbeute 3,0 g (67 % d. Th.) der rohen Titelverbindung in Form eines gelben schaumartigen Produkts. 3,0 g des Produkts werden in einem Gemisch aus 25 ml Äthylacetat und 25 ml Aceton gelöst.
