Zur Verhütung eines Kurzschlusses zwischen dem Bleimantel eines Kabels und der Freileitung hat man bereits bei Kabelendverschlüssen die Einrichtung so getroffen, den im Innern des Isolators gelegenen Teil der Kabelader, das blanke Kabelende, in einem luftdicht abgeschlossenen Raum unterzubringen, der sowohl am unteren Ende gegen den Eintritt des Kabels als auch am oberen EndeTo prevent a short circuit between the lead sheath of a cable and the overhead line if the device has already been made in the case of cable terminations, the part of the cable core located inside the insulator, the bare cable end, to be accommodated in an airtight space, both at the lower end against the entry of the cable and at the top
ίο durch Verschraubung abgeschlossen ist. Die bekannten Einrichtungen lassen sich aber ohne besondere Mittel als Abspann- und Einführungsisolatoren nicht benutzen.ίο is completed by screwing. the However, known devices can be used as tensioning and insertion insulators without special means Do not use.
The invention now relates to a lead-in and guy insulator, in which also the sealing of the bare cable end is completed by creating an airtight NEN space is achieved inside the isolator. The invention consists essentially in that the head of the insulator through a to connect the overhead line with the cable end serving cap is tightly enclosed. This cap is then in a known manner by a second, for Sealing of the connection point serving protective cap protected or enclosed. The cap firmly encompassing the head of the insulator makes it possible on the one hand a derivation of the current to the overhead line and on the other hand a link for attaching the sealing devices for the space receiving the cable core created. In this way a tensioning insulator is achieved which is completely earth-fault-proof Connection between the cable line and the overhead line is also made possible in the long term, because the insulator head surrounding cap is firmly connected to it, so to a certain extent forms a whole with the head and one that is unchangeable in its position Is part of the facility.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in longitudinal section. The rubber or fiber cable a is in a known manner through the hollow support b introduced c in the insulator and opens β in a cavity for both α down against the cable by a seal, as airtightly also above in later-described manner is completed . According to the invention, a cap m is now firmly attached to the head of the insulator c, which cap serves at I for discharge to the overhead line. A second cap i is screwed over the cap m, which protects the connection point of the bare cable end d with the cap m against external influences in a known manner. This cap i also serves to seal the interior of the insulator in an airtight manner. The conclusion is expediently improved by the interposition of a sealing ring k.
Falls dieIn addition to the screw connection for the cap i , the cap m also simultaneously contains the thread for the screw connection g which is used to seal the cable through the center of the insulator. if the
If the screw g does not act directly on the seal f , a special bush h can be inserted, as the illustrated embodiment also shows.
