Die Erfindung hat zum Gegenstand eine Einrichtung zum Verdecken der Nietköpfe der das Gehäuse zusammenhaltenden Bolzen an Vorhängeschlössern o. dgl. und bezweckt, die Sicherheit dieser Schlösser zu erhöhen und ihnen zugleich ein besseres Aussehen zu geben. Die Einrichtung besteht darin, daß in die Vorder- bzw. Rückwand des Schlosses geeignet geformte Platten hakenförmig eingreifen, welche die Nietköpfe überdecken. Im Gegensatze zu bereits bekannten derartigen Einrichtungen, bei denen diese Platten, welche alsdann sowohl an der Vorder- wie an der Rückseite angebracht, sich selbst miteinander verklammern und daher einerseits die ganze Breite des Schlosses durchdringen und somit ein besonderes Schloßeingerichte notwendig machen, anderseits zur Erzielung einer federnden Nachgiebigkeit beim Zusammenhaken aus ao dünnem Blech hergestellt sein müssen, wodurch die Haltbarkeit verringert wird, wird nun beim Erfindungsgegenstande die Schutzplatte durch einen besonderen drehbaren Schieber verriegelt, welcher nach erfolgter Veras riegelung der Platten außerdem noch selbsttätig gesperrt wird und ein für allemal gesperrt bleibt.The invention has for its object a device for concealing the rivet heads the housing cohesive bolts on padlocks o.
