Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Düse zum Ablassen der gefilterten Flüssigkeit und hat den an sich bekannten Zweck, eine saugende Wirkung der ablaufenden Flüssigkeit zu vermeiden, so daß ein Festpacken der festen Bestandteile am Filtriersieb nicht eintreten kann. Auf letzterem sind eine Anzahl Widerstandsplatten j angebracht, die den geschlossenen Strom der ausfließenden Flüssigkeit aufbrechen und so eine etwaige absaugende Wirkung desselben verhindern. Die Widerstandsplatten j (Fig. 3) bestehen aus Kreisabschnitten, und es ist ohne weiteres zu übersehen, daß der dem ausfließenden Filtrat durch die Platten entgegengesetzte Widerstand durch Drehen der Platten auf das feinste geregelt werden kann. Am äußeren Ende trägt Stift i eine durchlochte Platte k, deren Öffnungen durch eine Ventilscheibe I verschlossen werden können, welche wiederum durch einen Handgriff m beeinflußt wird. Bei der gezeigten Ausführung läuft die gefilterte Flüssigkeit durch Öffnung η in einen Behälter 0, wie in Brauereien üblich ist.20, apparatus α are provided with intermediate tubes c at their free ends.
