Die gegenwärtige Neuerung besteht darin, dafs die in den Patenten No. 22612 und No. 23995 beschriebene Befestigungsart von herausnehmbarem Griffe und Stollen in Hufeisen in genau entgegengesetzter Weise bewerkstelligt werden kann. Während beim Patent No. 22612 die Nuthen ghi und bei No. 23995 die einfache verticale Nuth g stets in der Wandung der konischen Löcher de/ des Hufeisens und der Stift k in beiden Fällen auf den den Löchern entsprechenden Bolzen des Griffes und der Stollen abc angeordnet sind, sind die Nuthen ghi bezw. die einfache verticale Nuth g jetzt in die Oberfläche der konischen Bolzen von abc eingeschlagen bezw. eingefräst und der Stift k in den konischen Oeffnungen de/ befestigt.The present innovation consists in the fact that the patent no. 22612 and No. 23995 described attachment of removable handles and cleats in horseshoes can be accomplished in exactly the opposite way.
