Nach dem Hauptpatent werden Kohlehydrate, wie Mono- und Polysaccharide, der mittels Kupferoxydammoniak gelösten Zellulose einverleibt. Vermischt man derartige Stoffe mit der Zelluloselösung, entsprechend der im Hauptpatent gegebenen Vorschrift, so erlangen die Lösungen ebensolche wertvollen Eigenschaften wie nach dem Verfahren des Hauptpatentes.
