Gummihandschuhe, wie sie von Chirurgen u. dgl. benutzt werden, erfordern bekanntlich eine häufige Sterilisation. Das Halten der Handschuhe während des Sterilisierens machte bisher manchmal Schwierigkeiten, und es ließ sich auch nicht vermeiden, daß die Handschuhe beim Einhängen in den Sterilisierapparat unnötig oft angefaßt werden mußten.. Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Einrichtung kennzeichnet sich im wesentlichen dadurch, daß eine Anzahl Stäbe oder stabartiger Organe mit einem Tragkörper derart gelenkig in Verbindung stehen, daß sie sich in die einzelnen Finger des Gummihandschuhs einführen und darauf so spreizen lassen, daß der Handschuh unter Spannung festgehalten wird. Die Einrichtung ist so vorgesehen, daß sie für die verschiedensten Handschuhgrößen verwendet werden kann. Wird der Handschuh in dieser Weise im gespannten Zustand in dem Sterilisierapparat gehalten, dann kann das Sterilisiermittel auch auf alle Stellen der Innenflächen des Handschuhs sicher einwirken. Gemäß der Ausführungsform der Fig. 1 bis 4 wird eine Grundplatte α verwendet, durch deren Arm b eine Stange c greift, welche mit einem Handgriff d ausgerüstet ist. Eine Schraube e des Armes b, wofür auch ein fester Führungsstift verwendet werden kann, greift in die Schraubengänge ν der Stange c ein, so daß dieselbe bei ihrer mittels Handgriffes d ausgeführten Drehung gezwungen wird, sich in Längsrichtung mit Bezug auf die Grundplatte α und des damit fest verbundenen Bügelgestells s zu verschieben. In eine Ringnut f der Stange c greift ein Stift oder eine Schraube g einer Platte h, welche mit einem Längsschlitz η (Fig. 4) einen in der Grundplatte α befestigten Stift k umgreift. Die Platte h macht daher die Längsverschiebung der Stange c mit. An der Unterseite trägt nun die Platte h vier Stifte 0 (Fig. 4), welche in die gabelförmigen Enden p der stangenartigen I¹, P, I^s und /⁴ eingreifen. Die Gabelvorsprünge p bilden mit den Stangen P-, I², I³, I^ Winkelhebel, welche um Zapfen m an der Platte α ausschwingbar gelagert sind. Die mittelste Stange I, die dem Mittelfinger entspricht, ist durch einen Stift m fest mit der Platte α verbunden oder an derselben angelötet. Man hängt nun den Apparat in die Sterilisiereinrichtung, wo der Handschuh in der üblichen Weise behandelt wird. Nach Entfernen des Apparates aus der Sterilisiereinrichtung ergreift man mit der einen Hand das Gestell s und dreht mit der anderen Hand die Stange c so, daß die Fingerstangen einander genähert und die Spannung des Handschuhs aufgehoben wird.
