Abstract

The protective band for the curtain runners is made of a fine curtain material and has press studs along the bottom so that it can be folded over the top of the curtains and fastened to protect the curtains and other items from the runners during washing or dry-cleaning. The band extends to a depth of a about 20 cm on either side of the curtain top so as to completely cover the width of the curtain tape containing the runners since it is not possible to fasten the press studs along the tape. The protective band can be made in lengths of metres. The press studs are made of stainless metal or heat-resistant plastics.

Laufrollen verschiedener Art°n an den Stores, hatten bisher in der Wäsche oder in der Peinigung erhebliche Schaden verursacht. Diese Schaden treten auf-, wenn sich z. Die betreffende Lrfindung ist ein Schutiband aus einem feinen Storestoff (Tüll), das die Lauirollen umschließt (Abb.2a). Das Band wird beidseitig im Abstand von ca. 18 cm mit Drückknöpfen befestigt ( Abb.3 a ). Das Schutzbanc³ wird über das Kreuselband (Gardinenband) so angebracht, daß die Laufrollen beim Waschvorgang mit dem Store nicht mehr in Berührung kommen können (Abb. 2b).The invention in question is a protective band made of a fine Storestoff (tulle), which encloses the Laui rolls (Fig.2a). Das Schutzband hat eine Breite von ?.o χ 2o cm ( je eine Seite )'. Die am Schutzband befestigten Druckknöpfe, werden muhelos durch die groben Store-Musterung eingedrückt. Nach der ,Vcirsche können diese problemlos und schnell wi*>r!er gelöst werden(Abb. 3 d ) . Verwendung.Use.
