Drahtgitterrost für Kühlschränke u. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drahtgitterrost für Kühlschränke u. dgl., der aus einem formstabilen
Rahmen und endseitig mit diesem verbundenen parallelen Gitterstäben besteht, wobei der Rahmen an zumindest einer Längsseite aus einer als Winkelprofilleiste ausgebildeten Abschlussleiste besteht, mit der die Gitterstäbe und die seitlichen Rahmenteile an einer Endseite verbunden sind.
Bei den bekannten Drahtgitterrosten dieser Art erfolgt die Befestigung der Gitterstäbe, indem die
Stäbe durch entsprechend profilierte Ausnehmungen einer längsseitigen Winkelprofilleiste geführt werden oder durch einen U-förmigen Bügel, der gleichzeitig die Führung für eine Abdeckleiste bildet.
Auch geschlossene Kunststoffrahmen sind bekanntgeworden, bei denen die Gitterstäbe jeweils in
Sacklöchern aufgenommen werden. Es wurde auch vorgeschlagen, für die Gitterroste Rohre zu verwenden, die mit ihren Enden auf Ansätze von endständigen Profilleisten aufgeschoben und an diesen durch Verquetschen befestigt werden.
All diese Lösungen sind jedoch konstruktiv zu aufwendig, um für einen Massenartikel ernsthaft in
Frage zu kommen. Es werden daher vorwiegend Drahtgitterroste verwendet, deren Rahmen aus jeweils einem entsprechend gebogenen Drahtstück besteht, der an einer Stelle stumpf geschweisst ist, während die Gitterstäbe auf den so hergestellten Rahmen stumpf aufgeschweisst sind. Um die Handhabung eines solchen Gitterrostes zu erleichtern, wird an einer Rahmenseite eine Kunststoffleiste auf den Rahmen aufgesetzt, die als Abschlussleiste dient.
Ziel der Erfindung ist es, einen solchen Rost unter Verwendung einer längsseitigen Winkelprofilleiste zu verbessern, dass bei billiger Herstellungsmöglichkeit die Notwendigkeit von Stumpfschweissstellen im Rahmen entfällt, während gleichzeitig die Gestaltungsmöglichkeit der bei geöffnetem Kühlschrank sichtbaren Rahmenstirnseite erhöht und die Handhabung des Rostes erleichtert wird. Durch die Verwendung einer längsseitigen Winkelprofilleiste kann der verbleibende Rahmenteil auf dieser verankert werden, während gleichzeitig der gesamte Rost eine beträchtlich erhöhte Stabilität erhält.
Der Drahtgitterrost gemäss der Erfindung ist daher so ausgebildet, dass die Winkelprofilleiste ein im wesentlichen Z-förmiges Profil aufweist, an dessen in der Rahmenebene liegendem Stegteil die Enden der Gitterstäbe und der seitlichen Rahmenteile abgestützt sind. Dadurch wird auch die Verletzungsgefahr an den scharfen Kanten der Gitterstäbe im Bereich der frontalen Rostseite, an der der Rost angefasst zu werden pflegt, wesentlich verringert. Aus der gleichen Erwägung heraus kann auch die Winkelprofilleiste durch eine Kunststoffolie oder-beschichtung abgedeckt sein, wodurch sich zudem vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Abschlussleiste eröffnen, die zur griffgünstigen Handhabung beitragen.
In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Drahtgitterrost in einer Draufsicht und Fig. 2 den Drahtgitterrost nach Fig. l, geschnitten längs der Linie II-II der Fig. 1 in einer Seitenansicht.
