Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Flaschen Verschluß für solche Flaschen, bei denen beim Öffnen der obere Teil des Flaschenhalses durch auseinanderspreizbare Teile des Verschlusses zerstört wird, so daß es nicht möglich ist, eine geleerte und wieder gefüllte Flasche als Originalfüllung auszugeben. Die Vorrichtung wirkt in bekannter Weise derartig, daß beim Öffnen auf das durch Einschnitte geschwächte Ende des Flaschenhalses von innen ein Druck ausgeübt wird, so daß der Kopf abbricht. Doch unterscheidet sich die neue Vorrichtung von bekannten Ausführungsformen dadurch, daß ein Stopfen aus elastischem Material zusammengepreßt wird, so daß ein gleichmäßiger Druck auf die gesamte Innenfläche des zu zerstörenden Teiles des Flaschenhalses ausgeübt wird.The present invention relates to a bottle closure for such bottles which when opening the upper part of the bottle neck by spreading parts of the Closure is destroyed, so that it is not possible to empty and refilled Issue the bottle as the original filling. Der Kopf A² der Flasche ist so gestaltet, daß er durch Druck von innen von dem Hals A¹ abgebrochen werden kann. Der obere Abschluß des Flaschenkopfes wird durch eine Metallplatte C gebildet, welche in der Mitte eine Bohrung c¹ für den Stift b² besitzt und unten mit einem in den Kopf der Flasche passenden Vorsprung f versehen ist. Der Vorsprung f trägt an seiner Unterseite Spitzen c², welche beim Einsetzen des Verschlusses in den Gummipfropfen E eindringen.
