Description

Rieselgut as a dry mass of a grout for bodies of the high and Civil engineering The invention relates to a loose material as a dry matter before it is consumed Glue-like grout to be watered for bodies in civil engineering, zO3O der Show surfaces of walls, walls, ceilings, precast concrete parts and the like (made of wood, Stone, artificial stone, cement asbestos or the like). It is characterized according to the invention that they (proportionally by volume) - ready to use with water - from 10 - 40% of a cement, 10 - 30% synthetic resin dispersion (e.g. polyvinyl acetate dispersion, acrylic resin dispersion etc. Epoxy resin emulsion or a similar dispersion), 2 - 10% aluminum silicate (Al2 Si O5) 10 - 50% Si O2 consists, inventive designs of this mass state, that they are made of hard foam (z ¢ Bo pre-expanded polystyrene) in granulate or pearl shape can contain up to 5%, furthermore, if appropriate, silicate glass fibers (between 3 and 15 mm in length) may contain up to 5% 0 It may (proportionally by weight) from 30 parts of a cement, 8 parts synthetic resin dispersion, 8 parts Al2 Si O5, 44 parts of Si O2, 2.4 parts of fine hard foam beads, 0.6 parts of Ilart foam beads coarse, 1 part silicate glass fibers (if necessary up to the limit of 50% up or down varies) exist.

This innovation is based on new experiences and knowledge on the knowledge claimed with the German patent application P 2227 181.1. Whose Coating paste is, as it has meanwhile turned out, excellently suited for coating with a layer thickness of up to 1.5 cm. Are thicker walls on house walls when the water dries out of the layer, it threatens to emerge of cracks. In addition, each water pulp is disadvantageously heavier, but also more susceptible to frost than dry material. As is well known, building material sometimes lies for weeks around in front of a construction site, which a dry fabric is more likely to withstand than a damp one Trickle mass. Based on this, the inventor set himself the new task, the consumer to give a pouring mass to the hand that is anhydrous until shortly before processing can be kept and which it also promises, also in thick boots to stick to vertical surfaces and which also dries out without cracks. The latter is based on the newly acquired vision that. the hygroscopic components The invented mixture only slowly release the water it has sucked in, Bo that the cement that surrounds it cannot dry out (earth dry) or set. In the case of thick layers, it is the. Zeient, which increases in strength in thick layers comfortable, which therefore only when he can bind. The mass according to the invention is therefore insensitive to external influences until processing (also from Weather) but stable after processing, so initially more slip-proof and later free of cracks, when the cement has hardened. The bulk of the invention therefore has optimal properties for thick jobs, with the determination that the processor takes precautions to prevent rust and water flooding from the grout be kept away.

Today it looks like the consumer has to familiarize himself with the processing of both coating compounds (including that of i 2227 188.1), since it is safe to use s'wein It seems that one substance cannot replace the other, i.e. that both substances enter into a marriage and have different duties at the limit of t up to 3 cm of grout or mortar layer thickness.
