Die Anordnung der Federn kann beliebig sein, beispielsweise sind dieselben zwecks guter Führung über Stangen I geschoben, welche einerseits an der Nabe c des Rades b gelenkig befestigt und andererseits in den Hebeln g geführt sind und sich bei Drehung der letzteren in diesen verschieben.
