Das neue Verfahren wird in der Weise ausgeführt, daß die Oberflächenkulturen der Tuberkelbazillen von dem Nährfleischsaft ge-' trennt durch Waschen mit sterilem Wasser von den anhaftenden Fleischsaftresten befreit und mit einer schwachen wässerigen Karbolsäurelösung ausgeschüttelt werden, worauf die Ausschüttlungsflüssigkeit von den Bakterienresten getrennt und mit einer geeigneten Eisenverbindung zweckmäßig mit Eisenoxychloridlösung versetzt wird. Der entstandene Niederschlag, der lediglich in den Leibern der Tuberkelbazillen enthalten gewesene Extraktivstoffe enthält, wird nunmehr so lange gewaschen, bis Chlor und Eiweiß nicht mehr nachweisbar sind, und schließlich in verdünnter Natronlauge gelöst. auch darin, daß es von stets gleicher Zusammensetzung gewonnen wird, was für die
