Description

  • Beschreibung Bei dieser Kupplung werden sämtliche auftretende Fehler, die beim verbinden zweier Wellen entstehen, über zwei Kunststoffscheiben absolut torsionsspielfrei, ausgeglichen ( Teil 2 pks 5).
  • Diese K-Scheiben sind jeweils sn zwei Punkten mit dem Flansch ( Teil 1 ) und 90 ° versetzt, auf der Gegenseite mit dem Mittelstück ( Teil 3) und diese wiederum mit der K-Scheibe ( Teil 5) und dem Gegenflansch ( Teil 6 ) in derselben Anordnung verbunden . Hierbei verden axiale Fluchtfelder, sowie Längenansdehnungen durch die Elastizität der E-Scheiben ausgeglichen.
  • Rsdiale Versetzungen werden durch das Mittelstück, das sich innerhalb der Blostizitat der K- Scheiben frei bewegen kann @@@ somit auch ein Lauf bei geringer Versetzung zulässt, ausgeglichen. Wesentliche Merkmsle sind hierbei, daß diese Anordnung völlig verschleißlos und wartungsfrei ist.
  • Schutzanspruch Kupplungsanordnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kupplungsflansche jeweils an zwei Punkten mit einer Kunststoffscheibe und diese mit dem Mittelstück 90 ° versetzt torsionsspielfrei fest verbunden sind.
