Das Holzauflager 8' und der Anschlag 9 sind nur an der Stelle, wo sie am Wandbrett 1 gestützt werden, miteinander durch einen Winkel 10 fest verbunden, so daß das Messer 11, welches am Messerhalter 4 befestigt ist, sich zwischen dem Auflager und dem Anschlag frei bewegen kann. Ein am Auflager vorgesehener Winkel 10 ist mit Stiften 12, 13 ausgestattet, welche in Löcher eines am Brett 1 angebrachten Winkels 14 eingreifen. Das auf dem geneigt zur Messerebene verlaufenden Anschlag liegende Holzstück 18 wird durch einen Drücker 15, welcher ebenfalls bei 5 drehbar angeordnet ist, durch dessen Klaue 17 festgehalten. Der Drücker 15 trägt noch einen gekröpften Anschlag 19 für Messerhalter 4 und einen Handgriff 16.. Beim Zurückbewegen des Messers in die AnfaBgs--^ß5 stellung wird der Drücker 15 durch seinen ρ ■ Anschlag 19 von Messerhalter 4 vom Holzstück abgehoben, so daß letzteres wieder gegen den Ansehlag 9 vorfallen kann.
