Es sind Steckkupplungen für Gasüber bzw. -Unterdruckleitungen bekannt, die aus einer an der Wand zu befestigenden Steckkupplungsdose und einem am Gerät, meist mit einem Zuführungsschlauch verbundenen Kupplungsstecker bestehen. Die Steckkupplungsdose ist mit der meist :inter Putz verlegten Gasüber- bzw. -Unterdruckleitung zu verbinden. Eine einfache Ausführungsform besteht darin, daß die aus Metall bestehenden Zuführungsleitungen an die Steckkupplungsdose angeschlossen und nunmehr bei Herstellung von Wandeinbaudosen die Wand im Bereich der Einbaudose ausgestemmt werden muß. Zur Verbindung des Steckkupplungsteils mit der Befestigungsplatte dient weiterhin ein an dem Steckkupplungsteil angeordneter Anschlaußstutzen, der mit Hilfe einer Rundschnurdichtung gegenüber der Bohrung in der Befestigungsplatte abgedichtet wird. Nachteilig ist einmal, daß der Anschlußstutzen nunmehr jeweils auf eine bestimmte Länge in Abhängigkeit von der jeweiligen Putzhöhe abgefräßt werden muß.
