Description
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to an angular contact ball bearing and a combination bearing.
HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Recently, in an industrial machine, acceleration and compact design continue. A bearing with enclosed grease has a simple lubrication structure and is thus suitable for the compact construction of the machine. In a deep groove ball bearing, it has been used for a long time as a rotary body supporting device, and in an angular ball bearing, it has also recently been used as a rotary body supporting device. As the speed of the industrial machine increases, the life of the grease trapped in the bearing tends to decrease, requiring action against such a decrease in life.
Therefore, a bearing is known which has a width dimension greater than 0 or 1 in width rows at generally conventional ISO and also has an increased absolute fat amount while maintaining the fat inclusion ratio (grease / interior capacity) (see Non-Patent Document 1).
In addition, the compact design of the industrial machine is preferably required in the direction of its diameter, whereas in order to maintain the rigidity of a shaft, the outer diameter dimension of the shaft may preferably be set equal to that of a conventional machine or more. As a result, a bearing used in the industrial machine is manufactured as a part having a small thickness, for example, 0 or 9 in diameter rows to ISO; and thus its corresponding rolling element is also reduced in its outer diameter, whereby the load capacity of the bearing is made disadvantageous.
Thus, an angular contact ball bearing can be used which has a larger number of balls than the deep groove ball bearing and a contact angle and thus a large axial load capacity has (see Patent Documents 1 to 6). In addition, by manufacturing a bearing as a multi-row bearing or combination bearing, the load bearing capacity of the bearing can also be improved.
ÜBERSICHT ÜBER DIE ERFINDUNGOVERVIEW OF THE INVENTION
PROBLEME, DIE MIT DER ERFINDUNG GELÖST WERDEN SOLLENPROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED WITH THE INVENTION
In addition, when a gasket is attached to the two axially-facing sides of the inner peripheral portion of the outer race, in the construction, preferably, a shoulder portion may be formed on the two axially-facing sides of the outer raceway raceway surface and may be countersunk on a side viewed in the axial direction be formed of the raceway surface of their corresponding inner raceway. However, as the length of the counterbore increases, it becomes difficult to ensure the proper length.

VORTEIL DER ERFINDUNG ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION
Since, in the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (1), the width of the outer tread viewed in the axial direction is set larger than 0 in width rows of ISO, the bearing internal space is increased, thereby increasing the amount of the entrapped grease and thus prolonging the life of the grease. And since the outer race is formed as a wide part, gaps for forming sealing grooves to fix the sealing members can be fixed to the two axially-facing sides of the inner peripheral portion of the outer race.
In the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (2), since the width of the outer race considered in the axial direction is set larger than 1 in the width series of ISO, the amount of the entrapped grease can be further increased, thereby making it possible to ensure clearance outer tread shoulder portion and a seal groove form.
In the angular contact ball bearing according to the structures (3) and (4), since the O-ring groove for fixing the O-ring is formed in the outer race made as a wide part, the structure of the bearing is simple.
In the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (5), since the seal groove, the O-ring groove and the outer raceway surface in the outer race made as a wide part are arranged in this order from the one axially facing side of the outer raceway, even if the outer race is a part of small thickness, the reduced strength of the outer race due to the formation of such a seal groove, an O-ring groove and the outer raceway surface can be prevented. In particular, since the O-ring groove is formed between the seal groove and the outer raceway surface in the axial direction, the outer raceway can be prevented from being expanded more than necessary in the axial direction.
In the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (6), since the O-ring groove, the seal groove and the outer raceway surface are staggered in the outer race made as a wide part, they can be arranged in this order from the one axially facing side of the outer raceway a reduced stability of the outer race due to such an O-ring groove, a seal groove and the outer race can be prevented.
In the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (7), since the first and second seal members attached to the outer race are disposed opposite to the outer peripheral portion of the inner race, even if the angular contact ball bearing is treated as an individual member, the sealing property of the bearing can be maintained which makes it possible to prevent foreign bodies from entering the bearing from the outside.
In the angular ball bearing according to the structure (8), since the width of the inner race considered in the axial direction is smaller than the width of the outer race considered the axial direction, the countersink can be shortened, whereby it is possible to secure the thickness required for the strength of the warehouse.
Since, in the angular contact ball bearing according to the structure (9), one end face of the inner race and the one end face of the outer race considered in the axial direction are arranged substantially in the same position, even if one side of the angular contact ball bearing viewed in the axial direction is in a same position Straightening plate or the like is set to prevent the balls move up to the lowering of the inner tread.
Since the combination bearing according to structure (10) is produced by combining two angular contact ball bearings, the load bearing capacity thereof can be improved.
In the combination bearing according to the structure (11), since the intermediate seat between the two angular contact ball bearings is arranged in the axial direction, the counterbore can be shortened, whereby the thickness required to maintain the strength of the bearing can be ensured.
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGENBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
ARTEN ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGMODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Now, a specific description will be given of a combination bearing according to the respective embodiments of the invention with reference to the drawings.
(Erste Ausführungsform)First Embodiment
The cage is made of soft steel, a copper alloy, a resin or the like. In particular, when the industrial machine is operated at high speeds in grease lubrication, it is preferable to use resin because it has a light weight and excellent wear resistance. Such a resin material comprises a material in which a cotton fabric is impregnated with phenolic resin and thermally cured. As a thermoplastic resin which can be mass-produced at low cost, polyamide is available; and as the resin having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, it is preferable to use a so-called super engineering plastic such as polyphenylene sulfide and polyether ether ketone. When mixed with glass fibers or carbon fibers, the strength of the above-mentioned resin is enhanced.
