Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein ausschaltbarer, in der Rauchkammer von Heizröhrenkesseln liegender Heizröhrenüberhitzer. Bei dem Erfmdungsgegenstande beruht die Erfindung darin, daß der Überhitzer fahrbar und schaltbar eingebaut ist, so daß es ermöglicht wird, die gesamten Feuergase sowie einen Teil derselben nach Willkür in den Überhitzer oder direkt in den Abzug zu leiten. Durch die drehbare Klappe β ist man in den Stand gesetzt, die Heizgase ganz oder teilweise sowohl in den Überhitzer als in den Abzug zu leiten. In Fig. 4 ist der Überhitzer vollständig ausgeschaltet dargestellt, so daß die Heizgase direkt in den Schornstein gelangen, ohne den Überhitzer durchziehen zu müssen. Die Zu- und Ableitung des Dampfes zum Überhitzer ist durch Stopfbüchsen oder biegsamen Metallschlauch zu bewerkstelligen.Fig. Ι shows the superheater in the switched-on state.
