Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen eines hydraulischen Bindemittels mit Faserstoffen zwecks Weiterverarbeitung zu Kunststeinen und Platten, bei welcher das Mischgut' mittels einer sich drehenden Schnecke durch einen feststehenden, zweckmäßig sternförmigen Gitterrost getrieben wird. Das Neue besteht darin, daß hinter dem Gitterrost Schlagflügel angebracht sind, mittels welcher der ίο Faserstoff gelockert und in Längsfasern zerlegt sowie im Bindemittel gründlich verteilt wird, ohne daß hierbei die Fasern zerschnitten und zerrieben oder pulverisiert werden.The invention relates to a device for mixing a hydraulic binder with Fibers for the purpose of further processing into artificial stones and slabs, in which the Mixture 'by means of a rotating screw through a fixed, appropriately star-shaped Grating is driven. Die zu mischende Masse wird in einem Hohlzylinder D mittels einer Schnecke A, welche auch durch schräg gestellte Schaufeln ersetzt werden kann, weiterbewegt und durch ein feststehendes Gitter B getrieben, um am Mitdrehen behindert und einer Wirbelbewegung unterworfen zu werden. Die aus dem Gitter austretende Masse wird durch ein der Erfindung gemäß dicht hinter dem Gitterrost angebrachtes, sich schnell drehendes Flügelrad C in gründlicher Weise vermengt. Die Arme des Flügelrades werden vorteilhaft so schräg gestellt, daß die durch die Schnecke oder Schaufeln erzeugte Vorwärtsbewegung des Mischgutes durch sie unterstützt wird. In einem Trog E können in bekannter Weise zwei der beschriebenen Mischvorrichtungen so gegenläufig gelagert sein, daß das aus dem Zylinder D1 der einen austretende Gemisch in der durch Pfeile angedeuteten Bewegungsrichtung in den Zylinder D2 der zweiten eintritt. Hierdurch beschreibt das Gemisch einen Kreislauf und wird unter Vermittlung der Schnecke A, des Gitters B und des Flügelrades C in äußerst ausgiebiger Weise vermengt.The mass to be mixed is moved on in a hollow cylinder D by means of a screw A, which can also be replaced by inclined blades, and driven through a fixed grid B to prevent it from rotating and to be subjected to a whirling movement.
