Dafür ist. im Gegensatz zum vorgenannten Gerät ein Spiel- und Übungsgerät erforderlich, das das Interesse des Kindes fesseln und Möglichkeiten zu abwechslungsreichem Zeitvertreib bieten kann, derart daß mit der Entwicklung der Muskelausbildung des Kindes auch die Entwicklung seiner Sinnesorgane — zumal in der kurzen Zeitspanne des besonders raschen Wachstums des Kleinkindes — einhergeht und umgekehrt.
Es ist zwar aus der US-PS 12 42 194 bereits als solches bekannt, ein Karussell mit daran befestigten Figuren über eine Aufzugseinrichtung mit Energiespeicher in Bewegung zu setzen. Dieses vorbekannte Spielzeug als solches ist aber zur Bedienung durch ein Kind der in Betracht gezogenen Entwicklungsstufe nicht geeignet, und es ist auch weder geeignet noch dafür bestimmt die Entwicklung seiner Sinnesorgane und seiner Muskelkraft in gegenseitiger Anregung zu fördern. Vielmehr handelt es sich um ein — mit fest montierten Figuren ausgestattetes — Spielzeug, das entweder von Erwachsenen oder von einem bereits wesentlich weiter entwickelten Kind in Bewegung versetzt wird, da hierfür die Betätigung der Aufzugseinrichtung über eine kleine Finger-Öse vorzunehmen ist. Ein Spielzeug, das mittels einer linearen Bewegung einer Drillstange in Drehbewegung versetzt wird, ist zwar als solches aus der FR-PS 3 55 498 bereits bekannt. Der dort nach Art des Drillantriebes betätigte Kreisel eignet sich aber nicht zur Beschäftigung oder gar gegenseitigen Förderung der Entwicklung der Sinnesorgane und der Muskelausbildung des Kindes im hier betrachteten Entwicklungsstadium, das noch in seinem Bett liegt und zunächst nur nach in seiner Reichweite befindlichen Gegenständen greifen kann. Diese Drehbewegung ist besonders geeignet, die Aufmerksamkeit des Kindes auf sich zu ziehen, die Entwicklung seiner Sinneswahrnehmung also zu fördern, womit gleichzeitig eine Anregung zu wiederholter Vornahme dieser Zug-Übung gegeben ist.
