Abstract
Illumination device for a microscope, characterized in that an additional illumination source is present and is arranged on the microscope or on microscope components such that the sample space is illuminated over a large area and / or at points.
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device for a microscope with which a sample to be examined is illuminated over a large area will look at this in its entirety and accordingly to be able to align.
According to the known state of the Technology known microscopes usually only have those for the display required object lighting for incident and transmitted light. In the simplest Case dispose of such Microscopes about this a first illumination source arranged on the microscope head for incident light illumination as well as about one arranged in the microscope foot second lighting source for the transmitted light illumination. These are usually switched separately. and / or adjustable. The illumination source arranged on the microscope head leads however that the preparation to be examined heated becomes. To overcome this disadvantage, microscopes were developed who just about have a source of lighting, which is usually inside the microscope and the heat radiation shields the light source.

The present invention lies the task is based on a solution to develop with which it is possible in particular in darkened rooms selectively record the sample to be examined on the microscope stage to be able to place and align.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by Characteristics of the independent Claim solved. preferred Further developments and refinements are the subject of the dependent claims.
The proposed solution is in principle for everyone Types of microscopes usable where microscopy is preferred in darkened rooms he follows.
Dazu zeigt:This solution is shown below of embodiments described in more detail. This shows:
As an additional source of lighting are various light sources, such as luminescent foils, LEDs, glow lamps, incandescent lamps, Halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps or gas discharge lamps of different types wavelength usable. For a large, diffuse Lighting is preferably white luminescent film or white light emitting light-emitting diode arrays used. For selective lighting individual LEDs, halogen lamps, glow lamps, Gas discharge lamps or fluorescent lamps are used. Advantageous the footprints also become immediate from the lighting source illuminated next to the microscope.
With colored lighting can a contrast enhancing Effect for better visibility of the preparation can be achieved.
Multi-colored LEDs (blue, green, red) could be used for this, which result in white as a mixed color. By means of suitable control, ie switching on and off or dimming, of the individual colored LEDs, the mixed color can be set that suits the particular color contrast achieved with the preparation used.
In a further embodiment, the Illumination source optical elements for shaping and guiding the emitted Light be arranged. these can for example lenses, lens arrays, filters, mirrors, deflection prisms, Optical fibers or the like his.
In a particularly advantageous Configuration, the lighting source is connected to a unit, the these when approaching or touching the Microscope table by the hand of the operator or an object for one switches on the defined time.
With the proposed solution to Illumination of the sample room of microscopes can also be used when microscoping in darkened rooms guaranteed that the sample to be examined is specifically recorded on placed on the microscope stage and thereby aligned faster can be. The sample can thus be viewed in its entirety to determine the section to be examined and in to position the beam path.
