Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Trainieren der Beinmuskulatur, gekennzeichnet durch:
eine Basis (10) sowie
einen Schwenksitz (70A), der fest auf der Basis (10) montiert ist,
eine erste Dämpfungseinrichtung (20), die schwenkbar über ihr unteres Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) verbunden ist,
eine erste Verbindungsstange (30), die schwenkbar über das untere Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) verbunden ist,
einen ersten Schwenkarm (50), der schwenkbar über das untere Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) verbunden ist,
ein erstes Pedal (40), welches mit dem oberen Ende der ersten Dämpfungseinrichtung (20), der ersten Verbindungsstange (30) und dem ersten Schwenkarm (50) verbunden ist,
eine zweite Dämpfungseinrichtung (20), die schwenkbar über ihr unteres Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) verbunden ist,
eine zweite Verbindungsstange (30), die schwenkbar am unteren Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) in Verbindung steht,
einen zweiten Schwenkarm (50), der schwenkbar über das untere Ende mit dem Schwenksitz (70A) verbunden ist sowie
ein zweites Pedal (40), welches mit dem oberen Ende der zweiten Dämpfungseinrichtung (20), dem zweiten Verbindungsstab (30) sowie dem zweiten Schwenkbar (50) verbunden ist,
wobei der Schwenksitz (70A) versehen ist mit einem ersten Schwenkpunkt (1A), einem zweiten Schwenkpunkt (2A) und einem dritten Schwenkpunkt (3A), die dreieckförmig derart angeordnet sind, dass der erste Schwenkpunkt (1A) schwenkbar das untere Ende des ersten Schwenk­ armes (50) und das untere Ende des zweiten Schwenkarmes (50) hält, während der zweite Schwenkpunkt (2A) schwenkbar das untere Ende der ersten Dämpfungseinrichtung (30) und das untere Ende der ersten Ver­ bindungsstange (30) hält, während der dritte Schwenkpunkt (3A) schwenkbar das untere Ende der zweiten Dämpfungseinrichtung (20) zusammen mit dem unteren Ende der zweiten Verbindungsstange (30) hält.1. wobei der Schwenkaufbau die folgenden Merkmale umfaßt:
einen Schaft (11), der aufrecht auf der Basis (10) montiert ist, einen Schwenksitz (70B) mit einem zylindrischen Hauptkörper (80), einem ersten Schwenkpunkt (1 B), einem zweiten Schwenkpunkt (2B) sowie einem dritten Schwenkpunkt (3B), wobei der zylindrische Hauptkörper (80) den Schaft (11) drehbar umgreift und der zweite Schwenkpunkt (2B) gemeinsam schwenkbar das untere Ende des Dämpfungselementes (20) und das untere Ende der Verbindungsstange (30) der ersten Pedalgruppe hält, während der dritte Schwenkpunkt (3B) gemeinsam schwenkbar das untere Ende des Dämpfungselementes (20) und das untere Ende der Verbindungsstange (30) der zweiten Pedalgruppe hält,
einen Zylinder (80), der schwenkbar an den ersten Schwenkpunkt (1B) des Schwenksitzes (70B) gehalten ist und einen Vorsprung (82) trägt, der sich hiervon ausgehend erstreckt, wobei der Zylinder (80) das untere Ende des Schwenkarmes (50) der ersten Pedalgruppe und das untere Ende des Schwenkarmes (50) der zweiten Pedalgruppe hält, ein erstes Universal­ gelenk (91), welches an dem Vorsprung (82) des Zylinders (80) gehalten ist und
ein zweites Universalgelenk (92), welches an der Basis (10) befestigt ist und mit dem ersten Universalgelenk (91) über einen Hebel (93) angelenkt ist.2. Device for exercising the leg muscles, characterized by:
