Abstract

Supply line (4) for moisture curable adhesive connects with adhesive applicator with nozzles (11.1-11.4) for spraying mist containing gas and adhesive. Heated water-vapor containing gas, e.g. steam, is fed separately to nozzles (12.1-12.4). The separate steam nozzles are positioned near the adhesive spray nozzles so that mixture of adhesive and steam is deposited on material substrate. An independent claim is included for a machine, particularly a textile or plastic processing machine, which incorporates the claimed system.

Claims (6)

1. System (1) mit
  • - einer Klebstoffzufuhr für die Zufuhr eines Klebstoffs (23), der unter Zugabe von Wassermolekülen vernetzt,
  • - einer Auftragevorrichtung mit Klebstoffdüse (11.1-11.4; 22) zum Abgeben eines Sprühnebels (20.1), der Klebstoff und Gas enthält,
  • - einer Wasserdampfzufuhr für die Zufuhr von erwärmtem, wasserdampfhaltigem Gas (25),
  • - einer separaten Düse (12.1-12.4; 17) zum Abgeben des erwärmten, wasserdampfhaltigen Gases
