HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNG The present invention relates to an opener, in particular an electromotive opener with high torsion and with an improved power supply for high torsion during use.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
DiesThe traditional design of this electric tool uses batteries or a power outlet as a power source. For portability, batteries are the appropriate power sources for tools that require torsion. However, to generate high torsion, the energy of the batteries is insufficient, especially during charging and discharge. This is because the electrical energy of the batteries is generated by a chemical reaction. In addition, the charge of the batteries is limited. For the reverse direction of an opener, more energy is required, which the batteries cannot provide, and the battery life is also greatly reduced. In addition, the batteries are deteriorated by the chemical reaction. After long-term use, the battery becomes weaker and therefore is not suitable for long-term operation. In addition, batteries require a longer recharge time. This
beeinträchtigt die praktische Anwendbarkeit des Werkzeuges erheblich. Außerdem ist die herkömmliche Ausführungsart mit keiner Beleuchtung ausgestattet und eignet sich daher ebenfalls nicht für den Betrieb bei schwachem Licht oder im Dunkeln.significantly impairs the practical usability of the tool. In addition, the conventional design is not equipped with any lighting and is therefore also not suitable for use in low light or in the dark.
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER ERFINDUNGSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is therefore to provide a high torsion electromotive opener which is composed of a housing, an electric control unit, a power supply and a lamp. The electric control unit consists of a motor and a connecting unit. The motor receives the energy supplied from the power source to cause the connecting unit to rotate. The power supply consists of at least one battery, an electric double-layer capacitor and a charging seat which are mounted at predetermined locations within the housing. The housing 10 consists of two half-housings. The head end of the housing 10 has a long groove 11 for receiving the electric control unit 20, while the other end of the housing 10 is provided with three receiving grooves 12, 13 and 14 and two grooves 15 and 16 for the lamp 40. The three receiving grooves 12, 13 and 14 serve to receive the power supply 30, while the lamp 40 and an indicator lamp 50 are mounted in the grooves 15 and 16. A hinged rear cover 17 may be provided on a lower edge of the housing 10. The rear cover 17 is provided with an insertion hole 171 which corresponds to the third receiving groove 14.
The electric control unit 20 consists of a motor 21 and a connecting unit 22. Der Ladesitz 33electric double-layer capacitor 32 and a charging seat 33. The batteries are inserted in the first receiving groove 12, while the electric double-layer capacitor 32 is located in the second groove 13. The batteries 31 are connected in parallel with the electrical double-layer capacitor 32. The charging seat 33 is conductive for the batteries 31. The charging and discharging of the electrical double-layer capacitor 32 takes place via a physikalische anstatt eine chemische Reaktion. Therefore, the current flow is not restricted in any way, and therefore the electrical double-layer capacitor 32 can be temporarily charged and discharged. elektromotorischen Öffners daher einerseits verbessert werden, während andererseits seine Stromversorgung verbessert werden kann. The performance of the electromotive opener can therefore be improved on the one hand, while on the other hand its power supply can be improved. In this way, charging and discharging also become more efficient.
When connecting the power supply 30 to an external device, thereby supplying power to the device, one end (not shown) of this external charger is inserted into a receiving hole 171 to Ladung über den Ladesitz 33 zu leiten. The charge is simultaneously stored in dielectric batteries 31 and in the electric double-layer capacitor 32. Since a high voltage can be temporarily charged and discharged with the electric double-layer capacitor 32, kann, kann sie über eine kurze Zeitdauer eine Sättigung bewirken. Da das Aufladen und Entladen durch einecan cause saturation over a short period of time. Although the batteries 31 do not cause saturation, the user can use them immediately. The tool can be operated with the electrical double-layer capacitor 32. Since charging and discharging is carried out by a physikalische Reaktion anstelle einer chemischen Reaktion erfolgen, ist die Dauer des Aufladens und Entladens länger, wodurch ebenfalls die Betriebslebensdauer länger ist.physical reaction instead of a chemical reaction, the charging and discharging time is longer, which also means the operating life is longer.

The present invention uses LED lights with strong light emission, but their power consumption is only 20 mAh with an illuminance of over 8000 mcd, and their lifespan is about 100,000 hours, so that their performance and lifespan are higher and longer than those of conventional light bulbs.
Daher wird mit derThe electric double layer capacitor 32 (EDLC) is compared with the batteries. In general, the current flow when charging the batteries is restricted according to Faraday's law of induction (with the chemical reaction). Therefore, the temporary charging and discharging are restricted, resulting in the deterioration of the current flow. Since charging and discharging are not carried out by chemical reaction, a higher voltage can be obtained, and furthermore, since charging and discharging do not have to be carried out by chemical reaction, the service life is extended and the battery can be increased as much as 100,000 times (compared to only 300 to 2,000 times with the conventional batteries). Even if the EDLC is shortened, the present invention can be applied. In addition, the EDLC offers the advantage of high current supply, high energy and compact size, while being made of a material that complies with environmental protection regulations. Therefore, the
