Claims (10)

1. Trainingsgerät mit einer ebenen Auflagefläche und einem davon abstehenden Handgriff, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (3) die Form eines Kreisring­ segmentes aufweist, daß der Handgriff (2) schalenförmig ausgebildet ist und an seiner Oberseite (6) Vertiefungen und Erhöhungen (7, 8) aufweist, die Kontaktflächen einer menschlichen Hand angepaßt sind.
2. Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trainingsgerät (1) einen Grundkörper (2) aufweist, der in etwa die Form eines Viertels einer Hohlkugel oder eines Ellipsoides aufweist.
3. Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (3) die Form eines Halb­ kreisringsegmentes oder elliptischen Ringsegmentes hat.
4. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) im Bereich der Kontaktfläche (6) mit elastischem und insbesondere visko-elastischem Material beschichtet ist.
5. Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (10) der Kontaktfläche ebenfalls mit elastischem und insbesondere visko-elastischem Material beschichtet ist.
6. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor (12) und insbesondere ein Drucksensor sowie eine Auswerteschaltung (13) und eine Anzeigeein­ heit (14) an dem Grundkörper (2) angebracht sind.
7. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite eine längliche Vertiefung (7) zur Aufnahme eines menschlichen Daumens angebracht ist.
8. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei spiegelsymmetrische Trainingsgeräte (1a, 1b) vorgesehen sind.
9. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (3) mit rutschhemmendem Material beschichtet ist.
10. Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (6) mit rutschhemmendem und Feuchtigkeit absorbierendem Material beschichtet ist.
