Abstract

The device serves to detachably hold a traverse rod ( 7 ), which is supported by a least two supporting arms ( 3 ) and which is a provided for suspending hangers, particularly clothes hangers, therefrom. The supporting arms ( 3 ) can be suspendded in differently configured holding devices, e.g. profiled vertical tracks ( 2 ). The hangers are provided for hanging objects, particularly articles of clothing, and can be freely displaced on the transverse rod ( 7 ). Devices of this type are typically used on presentation walls or on fixed or mobile merchandise racks in stores. The supporting arms ( 3 ) are, via their first en ( 31 ), fixed in a detachable or fixed manner in a supporting structure ( 2 ). A connecting means ( 5,6 ) is mounted at the second end ( 30 ) of each supporting arm ( 3 ) in order to receive the transverse rod ( 7 ), said second en projecting into the room, and is provides with a fork-like design while having an opening, which receives the cross-section of the transverse rod ( 7 ) and which partially surrounds the transverse rod ( 7 ) while clamping it. Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Halterung einer von mindestens zwei Tragarmen (3, 3) gestützten Querstange (T), wobei
  • a) die Tragarme (3, 3) mit ihrem ersten Ende (31) lösbar oder fest in einer Tragstruktur (1, 2) fixiert sind;
  • b) die Querstange (7) zum Aufhängen von Tragbügeln, insbesondere Kleider­ bügeln, bestimmt ist;
  • c) die Tragbügel zum Aufhängen von Gegenständen, insbesondere Kleidungs­ stücken, bestimmt sind und sich auf der Querstange (T) frei verschieben lassen;
  • d) an dem in den Raum ragenden zweiten Ende (30) jedes Tragarms (3, 3) Verbindungsmittel zur Aufnahme der Querstange (T) angeordnet sind, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • e) das Verbindungsmittel gabelförmig mit einer Öffnung zur Aufnahme des Querschnitts der Querstange (T) gestaltet ist und die Querstange (T) klem­ mend partiell umfasst.

  • c) der Tragarm (3,3) z. B. aus im Querschnitt rundem, rohrförmigem oder fla­ chem Material bestehen kann.

    • b) je einen beidseits den Ausschnitt (51) umlaufenden, sich aufwärts er­ streckenden Bügel (54); und
    • c) je einer an den freien, oberen Enden der Bügel (54) sich fortsetzenden Nase (52), die zueinander und in den Ausschnitt (51) gerichtet sind; und
  • b) der Einsatz (6) ein im Prinzip halbschalenförmiger Körper ist und aufweist:
    • a) zwei in den Raum ragende Enden (60,61), die zwischen sich die Öffnung mit der Spannweite (a) belassen;
    • b) eine gewölbte Innenfläche (63) und eine gewölbte Aussenfläche (64);
    • c) eine an der Aussenfläche (64) zirkulär umlaufende Nut (65), welche mit Ab­ stand vor den Enden (60,61) ausläuft und zur partiellen Aufnahme des Adapters (5) bestimmt ist; und
    • d) je einen am Auslauf der Nut (65) vorhandenen Durchbruch (62) zum Eingriff der Nasen (52).
4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that

  • b) im montierten Zustand, auch mit Einsatz (6), eine in den Adapter (5) einge­ brachte Querstange (T) zwischen den Nasen (52) zur Verdrehsicherung ein­ geklemmt zu liegen kommt.

    • b) der Anordnung eines Federelements zwischen den Backen; oder
    • c) der Anordnung eines elastischen Fortsatzes an zumindest einer Backe.

  • b) die federgelagerte Backe sich beim Einbringen der Querstange (7) zunächst von der feststehenden Backe wegbewegt, sich dadurch die Öffnung erwei­ tert, und sich die federgelagerte Backe schliesslich wieder auf die festste­ hende Backe zu bewegt, wodurch sich die Öffnung verengt.

  • d) in der Endlage der beweglichen Backe Mittel zu deren Fixierung vorgesehen sind.
