Claims (4)

1. Stuhl mit einem Unterbau (10), einer Sitzfläche (12) und einer aus einem sich vertikal erstreckendem Holm (14) und einem Rückenstützelement (16) bestehenden Rückenlehne, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückenstützelement (16) auf dem Holm (14) gegen die Kraft eines Rückstellmittels um einen gedachten Kreisbogen um den im Beckenbereich des Benutzers liegenden Drehpunkt des Oberkörpers verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
2. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückenstützelement (16) auf dem Holm (14) gegen die Kraft des Rückstellmittels verschieblich gelagert ist.
3. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Holm (14) mit dem Rücken­ stützelement (16) gegen die Kraft eines Rückstellmittels an der Sitzfläche (12) oder dem Un­ terbau (10) verschieblich gelagert ist.
4. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Holm (14) mit dem Rücken­ stützelement (16) um einen in der durch den Drehpunkt des Oberkörpers verlaufenden hori­ zontalen Achse (18) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
