Abstract

The floorboard (1) comprises at least one support layer and a cover layer, the length and width sides (2-5) of the support layer being provided with interlocking first and second tongues (9, 35) and first and second grooves (16, 32), as well as with four beads (11, 23, 31, 37) and four channels (10, 24, 30, 38) which interlock. The support layer comprises wood, a wood-based material and/or plastic and the cover layer comprises a stone material. The support layer has first length side (2) with a tongue (9) protruding from a lower region of this length side, the upper side of the tongue containing a first channel (10) with a trapezoidal cross-section and open top side, as well as being provided with an upwards pointing first bead (11) at the end having a trapezoidal cross-section. Above the tongue in the first length side is a first groove (16) with a horizontal upper wall, a downwards slanting lower wall and a concave base. The second length side (3) of the support layer has a tongue (22) protruding from its middle region and this tongue has the same cross-section as the first groove. Beneath this tongue is a downwards pointing second bead (23) with a trapezoidal cross-section and a second channel (24) with a trapezoidal cross-section with its open side facing in the downwards direction. The first and second channels have a larger cross-section than the first and second beads. The first width side (4) of the support layer has a tongue (29) protruding from its lower region, the upper side of the tongue containing a third channel (30) with a rectangular cross-section, as well as being provided with an upwards pointing third bead (31) at the end having a rectangular cross-section. A second groove (32) with a rectangular cross-section lies above the tongue. The second width side (5) of the support layer has a tongue (35) protruding from its upper region, this tongue having the same cross-section as the second groove. Beneath this tongue is a downwards pointing fourth bead (37) with a rectangular cross-section and next to this bead is a fourth channel (38) with an open bottom side and rectangular cross-section.

Claims (5)

1. Fußbodendiele, die mindestens eine Trägerschicht (6) und eine Deck­ schicht (7) aufweist, wobei an den 1. und 2. Längsseiten (2, 3) sowie an den 1. und 2. Querseiten (4, 5) der Trägerschicht (6) ineinander greifende 1. und 2. Kuppelnuten (16, 32) und 1. und 2. Kuppelfedern (9, 35) sowie ineinander greifende 1., 2., 3. und 4. Kuppelwulste (11, 23, 31, 37) und 1., 2., 3. und 4. Kuppelkanäle (10, 24, 30, 38) vorgesehen sind, und dass bei einer Trä­ gerschicht (6) aus Holz, Holzwerkstoff und/oder Kunststoff und einer Deck­ schicht (7) aus einem Steinbelag
  • - die Trägerschicht (6) an einer 1. Längsseite (2) im unteren Höhenbereich eine gegenüber der hier befindlichen Seitenfläche (8) vorspringende 1. Zunge (9) mit einem nach oben offenen, im Querschnitt trapezförmi­ gen 1. Kuppelkanal (10) und mit einem nach oben gerichteten endseiti­ gen 1. Kuppelwulst (11) trapezförmigen Querschnitts sowie eine ober­ halb der 1. Zunge (9) in die Seitenfläche (8) eingearbeitete 1. Kuppelnut (16) mit einer oberen horizontalen Nutwand (17), einer unteren geneig­ ten ebenen Nutwand (18) und einem die beiden Nutwände (17, 18) ver­ bindenden, konkav gerundeten Nutgrund (19) aufweist;
  • - die Trägerschicht (6) an der gegenüberliegenden 2. Längsseite (3) im mittleren Höhenbereich eine gegenüber der dortigen Seitenfläche (21) vorstehende, im Querschnitt an die 1. Kuppelnut (16) angeglichene 1. Kuppelfeder (22) aufweist, unterhalb der die Trägerschicht (6) mit einem nach unten gerichteten, im Querschnitt trapezförmigen 2. Kuppelwulst (23) sowie mit einem nach unten offenen, im Querschnitt trapezförmigen 2. Kuppelkanal (24) versehen ist, wobei die Querschnitte der 1. und 2. Kuppelkanäle (10, 24) größer als die Querschnitte der 1. und 2. Kuppelwulste (11, 23) an der 1. Zunge (9) bzw. an der 2. Längsseite (3) ausgebildet sind;
  • - im unteren Höhenbereich der Trägerschicht (6) an einer 1. Querseite (4) eine gegenüber der dieser benachbarten Seitenfläche (28) vorsprin­ gende 2. Zunge (29) mit einem nach oben offenen, im Querschnitt rechteckigen 3. Kuppelkanal (30) und einem endseitigen, im Querschnitt rechteckigen, nach oben weisenden 3. Kuppelwulst (31) sowie oberhalb der 2. Zunge (29) eine in die Seitenfläche (28) eingearbeitete 2. Kuppelnut (32) mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt vorgesehen sind;
  • - an der anderen 2. Querseite (5) der Trägerschicht (6) im oberen Höhenbereich eine gegenüber der hier vorgesehenen Seitenfläche (34) vorspringende, im Querschnitt an die 2. Kuppelnut (32) angepasste, längs gerichtete 2. Kuppelfeder (35) angeordnet ist, unterhalb der 2. Kuppelfeder (35) ein nach unten weisender, im Querschnitt rechtecki­ ger 4. Kuppelwulst (37) und neben dem 4. Kuppelwulst (37) ein nach unten offener 4. Kuppelkanal (38) rechteckigen Querschnitts im unteren Höhenbereich vorgesehen sind.
