Abstract

In position the blade (131) is held against the flat surface of a semicircular packing sleeve (10) by a plunger (5) spring loaded to move away from the blade. The head of the plunger rests against the cam-shaped surface (14) of a clamping ring held in the blade loaded position by a torsion spring. Rotating the ring releases the plunger enabling the blade to be removed and replaced. To locate the blade the packing sleeve has slots formed between it and the reciprocating drive sleeve (11).

Claims (6)

1. Schnelladungsapparat für elektrodynamisches hin- und hergehendes Sägegerät, umfassend ein eigentliches hin- und hergehendes elektrodynamisches Sägegerät (60) und einen sich mit der Sägebank anschließenden und mit der Fläche des zu bearbeitenden Stoffs verbundenen Grundstock (40), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Hebelende (61) der Sägeklinge des eigentlichen elektrodynamischen hin- und hergehenden Sägegeräts (60) ein Schnelladungsapparat (50) angeordnet ist, und der Schnelladungsapparat (50) einen mit einem treppenartigen Innenloch und einem offenen Handgriff versehenen Klemmknopf (3) hat und des treppenartige Innenloch ein großdiametrales Oberloch (142) und ein kleindiametrales exzentrisches Unterloch (141) enthält, daß im großdiametralen Oberloch (142) eine Torsionsfeder befestigt, und im kleindiametralen exzentrischen Unterloch (141) im Rahmen von 90° von der kleinradialen Zylinderfläche bis zur großradialen Zylinderfläche eine verschiedenradiale schlüpfrig bzw. stufenlos übergehende Krummfläche (14) eingerichtet ist, und im treppenartigen exzentrischen kleinradialen Innenloch des Klemmknopfs (3) eine trepenartige hohle Positionierungshülle (8) aufgenommen ist, und im Loch der Positionierungshülle (8) ein hohler hin- und hergehender Hebel (11) für die Schnelladung eingerichtet ist, daß im Loch des hin- und hergehenden Hebels (11) für die Schnelladung ein Polsterblock (10) eingerichtet ist, und mitten in der Positionierungshülle (8) noch ein radiales Loch (81) gesetzt ist, in dem ordnungsmäßig eine Federsitzhülse (7), eine reduzierbare Anstoßfeder (6) und ein Anstoßbolzen (5) eingerichtet sind.1.
