Abstract

A cleaning system for recycling cutting fluid for milling, drilling and other processes has three settling tanks connected in series. The first settling tank removes coarse swarf and is linked to a second tank via a separating system to remove further solids. The second and third tanks are similarly linked by separating systems resulting an clean fluid being drawn from the third tank. Suitable pumps connect the tanks, i.e. pumps which can operate with solid content. The settled solids are removed by mechanical scrapers for disposal, or recycling.

Claims (6)

1. Filtervorrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere für Kühlschmiermittel spanender Werkzeugmaschinen, mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Sedimentationsbehälter, wobei die Sedimentationsbehälter Fördereinrichtungen zum Austrag von Sediment aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filtervorrichtung (10) einen dritten Sedimentationsbehälter (20) mit einer Fördereinrichtung (26) zum Austrag von Sediment, eine Pumpe (48), die Flüssigkeit aus dem ersten Sedimentationsbehälter (16) in den zweiten und/oder dritten Sedimentationsbehälter (18, 20) fördert, und einen Abscheider (44), der Feststoffe aus der geförderten Flüssigkeit in den zweiten Sedimentationsbehälter (18) abscheidet, aufweist.1.
