Abstract

A hinge for an engine cover on a vehicle has a flat flange which is fitted to the cover using threaded fasteners. Claims (4)

1. Scharnierelement, insbesondere für ein Motorhaubenscharnier für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einer flächigen Befestigungslasche zur Halterung des Scharniers an der Motorhaube und einem davon an einer Seite rechtwinklig hochgebogenem Bügel mit zwei endseitigen Abschnitten, die in Verlaufsrichtung der Befestigungslasche rechtwinklig abgebogen sind und in diesem abgebogenem Abschnitt jeweils eine Bohrung aufweisen, die parallel zum schwenkseitigen Bereich der Befestigungslasche aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, in denen ein Scharnierbolzen zur schwenkmäßigen Halterung des zugehörigen anderen karosserieseitigen Scharnierelements befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Scharnierelemente (1, 2) über vom Scharnierbolzen (3) gehaltene, elastische schwingungsdämpfende Zwischenelemente (4) aus vorzugsweise halbelastischen Gummihülsen z. B. aus Moosgummi, miteinander verbunden sind.1.
