- - That the shell space ( 5 ) between the inner roof layer ( 6 ) and the roof skin ( 7 ) is designed to be essentially fluid-tight.
- - That in the region of the roof ridge an air collecting chamber ( 8 ) connected to the shell space ( 5 ) of the roof is provided, which is connected to the free environment via regulatable ventilation openings ( 12 ),
- - That the shell space ( 5 ) of the roof over the ridge level significantly lower, in particular at eaves level or close to the ground adjustable ventilation openings ( 11 ) with the free environment is in communication, and
- - That the outer roof skin ( 7 ) of the double-skin roof either as an opaque, outside or inside radiation absorbing building shell, which emits radiation to the underlying space between the shells ( 5 ) and optionally to the adjacent roof inner layer ( 6 ), or as a transparent, transparent Building outer shell is formed, which interacts with parts of the adjacent roof inner layer ( 6 ) absorbing ambient radiation.
- - That the space between the shells ( 4 ) of this at least one wall is connected to the space between the shells ( 5 ) of the roof, that further the space between the shells ( 4 ) of the at least one wall near the floor level via said adjustable ventilation openings ( 11 ) with the free environment in Connection is established, and
- - That the outer roof skin ( 7 ) of the double-skin roof and / or the outer wall shell ( 3 ) of the at least one double-skin wall either as an opaque, outside or inside radiation absorbing building outer shell, which rule the radiation to the underlying Schalenzwi rule space ( 4 ) and possibly to the adjacent wall or roof interior layer ( 2 , 6 ) emits, or is designed as a radiation-transmitting, transparent building outer shell, which interacts with ambient radiation absorbing parts of the adjacent wall or roof interior layer ( 2 , 6 ).
