In the known pumps, cones of the above-mentioned type are used there is the disadvantage that after a certain operational wear or caused by the pump foreign bodies passing through , small heels or wear areas on the opposite The ends of the superposed surfaces of the rotor and cone are created. These form wear or tear pools enlarged gaps and steps on opposite sides of these surfaces, with the increasing size Space between these previously mentioned, one on top of the other, the performance of the pump is reduced. In the known pumps, it is not possible if these signs of wear on the opposite ends of the Surfaces have occurred to readjust or readjust the conical surfaces lying on top of one another, but rather it is required to disassemble the pump and rework the worn, conical surfaces. After post-processing the pump is reassembled, taking care that the original distance is maintained again. This! Post-production the pump is time consuming and, above all, expensive.
It is therefore an object of the present invention, the said Avoid disadvantages and use a pump, e.g. B. propose a liquid ring pump with a rotor and a cone the creation of small paragraphs or worn areas between the superposed surfaces of the rotor and cone is prevented.

According to the invention it is provided that the conical Areas of the rotor and cone over the two sliding one on top of the other Surface areas extend out and the surfaces of the rotor and cone outside of these surface areas in such a way to one another are inclined that a free angular space is formed.
It is also within the scope of the invention to provide means for readjustment of the cone in relation to the rotor, so that thereby the original distance between cone and Rotor can be retained.
According to the invention, an adjustment can be made in an advantageous manner of the surfaces working on each other in place and place at the Pump can be made without having to dismantle it.

K shows a view corresponding to FIG. 3 with worn rotor and cone surfaces after the rotor and cone have been readjusted
Referring to Figures 1 and 2 of the drawings, there is a known pump shown, which has a rotor 10 with a conical inner bore 12. The inclination of the inner bore 12 is such that this cooperates with an outer surface 14 of a stationary cone 16. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the conical surfaces extend almost completely over the entire depth and Length from hole or cone away. In Fig. 1, the original position of the cone 16 in the inner bore 12 is shown. After certain surfaces of bore 12 and cone 16 that work on one another due to the operation of the pump caused signs of wear, which can still be caused by foreign bodies passing through the pump, If the space between the cone 16 and the bore 12 becomes larger and a shoulder or shoulder is formed on the rotor 10 while at the other end of the cone 16 a shoulder 20 is formed in the outer surface thereof. Because of the ever larger grounding space between the working surfaces of cone 16 and bore 12, the sealing effect is less, so that the efficiency of the pump decreases. It is therefore necessary to restore the original distance between the rotor 12 and the cone 16 in order to achieve full performance to get the Pur.pe back. However, due to the presence of the shoulders 18, 20 on the rotor 10 or restore the original distance between these two parts on the cone 16 without dismantling the pump must be and the surfaces working on each other must be reworked.

C des Konus 16.As can be seen from FIG. 3, a rotor 10 is provided according to the invention, in which a precise bore 12 with a depth A is machined. At one end, on the right in FIG. 3, the bore 12 has a diameter D, while the left end has a diameter B. The cone angle existing due to these different bore diameters is 8 ° in the exemplary embodiment. The cone 16 also has | a precise inclination which corresponds to that of the conical bore 12 of the rotor 10, the larger diameter of the cone 16 being denoted by the reference symbol E and the smaller diameter of the cone 16, on the left in FIG. 3, being denoted by the reference symbol C. The length of the cone 16 is A 1 . 3, the diameter E is smaller than the diameter D, while the length A 'corresponds to the length A. In the manufacture of the pump, the cooperating surfaces are provided so that the small end of the cone 16 is aligned possessing at least a certain distance in the constant diameter B of the bore 12 extends into it. in a corresponding manner, the larger end of the rotor 12 extends likewise μ if a predetermined distance about the cylindrical extension of the cone with the diameter e addition. In the exemplary embodiment, this extension is approximately 0.3 mm in both cases, while the diameters D and B of the bore 12 are approximately 0.25 mm larger than the diameters E and C of the cone 16, respectively.
According to the invention it is possible to carry out an axial readjustment of the cone 16, so that due to the

tretenen Verschleißes und der Abnutzung der ursprüngliche Abstand zwischen Konus und Rotor wieder erhalten werden kann, und zwar ohne daß die Pumpe zwecks Nachbearbeitung der aufeinanderwirkenden Flächen demontiert werden muß.the original distance between the cone and the rotor can be obtained again, and although without the pump for the purpose of reworking the interacting Surfaces must be dismantled.
