Claims (4)

1. Ein verbesserter Aufbau eines hydraulischen Dämpferzylinders für Trainingsgeräte, bestehend aus einem äußeren Ölzylinder (1), einer Buchse (2), einem inneren Ölzylinder (3), einer Kolbenstange (4), einem Ventilschiebersitz (5), einer Ventilbuchse (6), einer Feder (7) und aus einem hinteren Achssitz (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf beiden Seiten des Achslochs des Ventilschiebersitzes (S) eine Ölrinne (51) vorgesehen ist, worüber sich eine Konkave (52) mit einer Auslaßöffnung (521) an einem Ende und am anderen Ende mehrere Ölauslaßöffnungen (54) um die Kante dieses Ventilschiebersitzes (S) befinden;
die Unterseite einer Einkerbung (63) der Ventilbuchse (6) mit einem Loch (64) oberhalb davon verbunden ist; die Konkave (52) durch Anbringen des mittleren Achslochs der Ventilbuchse (6) über den Ventilschiebersitz (5) geschlossen bleibt und die Ölrinne (51) des Ventilschiebersitzes (5) mit der Einkerbung (63) der Ventilbuchse (6) verbunden ist; die Buchse (2) unten mit einem Führungsblock (21) versehen ist und mit diesem Führungsblock (21) eine Pufferzone (H) zwischen dem Block und der Ölauslaßöffnung (54) des Ventilschiebersitzes (5) gebildet wird, wobei die Länge dieser Ölauslaßöffnung (54) ihrem Durchmesser entspricht;
beim Herausbewegen der Stange (42) der Kolbenstange (4) das Hydrauliköl im inneren Ölzylinder (3) durch die Ölrinne (51) des Ventilschiebersitzes (5), durch die Einkerbung (63) der Ventilbuchse (6), durch das mit der Unterseite dieser Einkerbung (63) verbundene Loch (64) und danach in die Konkave (52) des Ventilschiebersitzes (5) gedrückt wird und das unter hohem Druck stehende Hydrauliköl in der Konkave (52) zusammengedrückt wird, wonach es durch die Auslaßöffnung (521) am Ende der Konkave (52) und durch die mit dieser Konkave (52) verbundenen Ölauslaßöffnung (54) fließt; das ausgespritzte Öl in der Pufferzone (H) abgebremst wird und danach entlang diesem Führungsblock (21) abwärts fließt, gegen die Wand des inneren Ölzylinders (3) gedrückt wird und geräuschlos entlang dieser Wand fließt.
