Claims (7)

1. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor (100) zur Aufbereitung von pflanzlicher und tierischer Biomasse, insbesondere von Gülle,
mit einem Vorreaktorbehälter (10) zur Säurebildung, in den die Biomasse über eine Zulaufleitung (36) einleitbar ist,
und mit einem zweiten, oben geschlossenen Hauptreaktor­ behälter (20) zur Methangasbildung, aus dem an seiner Oberseite Biogas ableitbar ist, wobei der Vorreaktor (10) wenigstens teilweise innerhalb des Hauptreaktorbe­ hälters (20) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorreaktor (10) an sei­ ner Unterseite wenigstens einen Siphon (11) aufweist, der oberhalb eines Substratspiegels (21) im Hauptreaktor (20) mündet.
2. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass eine Umwälzleitung (37) vom Bodenbe­ reich des Hauptreaktorbehälters (20) über wenigstens ei­ ne Pumpe (40) in einem Kopfbereich des Hauptreaktorbe­ hälters (20) oberhalb des Substratspiegels (21) mündet.
3. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die Umwälzleitung (37) im Kopfbereich des Hauptreaktorbehälters (20) an einem Prallteller (22) mündet.
4. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllvolumen des Hauptreaktorbehälters (20) das 20 bis 30fache des Füll­ volumens des Vorreaktors (10) beträgt.
5. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptreaktorbe­ hälter (20) im Bodenbereich konisch ausgebildet ist.
6. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siphon (11) we­ nigstens umfasst:
  • - ein gerades Einlaufstück, das sich an den Konus des Vorreaktorbehälters (10) anschließt,
  • - ein 180°-Bogenstück; und
  • - ein sich an das Bogenstück anschließendes Mittel­ stück, das bis über den Substratspiegel (21) führt.
7. Zweistufiger Biogasreaktor nach Anspruch 6, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass sich an das Mittelstück des Siphons (11) ein weiteres 180°-Bogenstück, dessen freies Ende oberhalb des Substratspiegels (21) mündet, anschließt.
