本实用新型属于一种用于将黄豆、绿豆泡制成豆芽的容器,该容器为由薄铁皮或其它类似材料制成的桶式结构,其桶底开有多个漏水孔,桶的内径上下一致,桶底还连接有口径与桶口有差异的桶座。本实用新型具有轻便、空间利用率高,底部不易积水,豆芽不易腐烂等特点,可实现双层或多层叠放生产,适应规模化生产的需要。

本实用新型属于一种用于将黄豆、绿豆泡制成豆芽的容器。
豆芽是我国人民喜食的一种传统菜肴,家庭自泡自吃一般采用漏盆形式。而以经营性为主的泡制豆芽,均以陶质大缸作为容器,这种大缸口大底小,存在着笨重,空间利用率低,底部易积水而造成豆芽腐烂等缺陷,且难以适应规模化生产的需要。
本实用新型提出一种轻便,空间利用率高,适于规模化生产的泡豆芽容器。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:该泡豆芽容器为由薄铁皮或其它类似材料制成的内径上下一致的桶式结构,桶底开有多个漏水孔,桶底还连接有口径大小与桶口有差异的桶座。
上述结构的泡豆芽容器,由薄铁皮或其它类似材料制成,较陶质大缸轻便;桶的内径上下一致,且桶底开有漏水孔,浇豆芽水可自上而下顺畅地流出,改变了陶质大缸只有缸底中心一个出水口,易形成积水,造成杂菌污染、腐烂豆芽的状况;直桶式结构较大缸的口大底小结构,空间利用率也得到提高;同时,桶座与桶口之间口径的差异可使两只桶上下卡合双层或多层堆放生产,适应规模化生产的需要,克服了大缸只能单层放置的缺陷。因此,本实用新型具有轻便、空间利用率高、豆芽不易腐烂,适于规模化生产的优点,实现了本实用新型的目的。除此之外,本实用新型与大缸之间相比,还具有一个明显优点:由于桶上下口径一致,整桶豆芽上下各层之间长势均匀,而大缸由于口大底小,下部豆芽受压集中,长势较弱。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。桶底1的漏水孔2的大小可根据所泡制的是黄豆还是绿豆而定,以不使黄豆或绿豆堵塞漏水孔2为准,桶底1可制成中心低、周边高的锅底形状,并在中心位置开有较大的漏水口5,以更利于水从桶内顺畅地流出,这种结构特别适合于泡制绿豆芽,因为绿豆芽颗粒较小,相互间的过水缝隙也较小。桶座4的口径与桶口3之间的差异,应使一个桶的桶座4能够卡合在另一桶的桶口3上,以实现双层或多层叠放生产。

1、一种桶式泡豆芽容器,其特征在于,该泡豆芽容器为由薄铁皮或其它类似材料制成的内径上下一致的桶式结构,桶底(1)开有多个漏水孔(2),桶底(1)还连接有口径大小与桶口(3)有差异的桶座(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的桶式泡豆芽容器,其特征在于,桶底(1)呈中心低、周边高的锅底形状,且中心位置开有较大的漏水口(5)。
