Claims (8)

1. Zehenimplantat mit einer rechteckigen, länglichen Grundform und Befestigungsbohrungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (10, 20) eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende ungerade Aussenkontur (5) aufweist und mehrere in Längsrichtung hintereinanderliegende Befestigungsbohrungen (6, 7) trägt.
2. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte an der waagerechten Mittellinie (4) nach beiden Seiten Ausbuchtungen (5, 21) aufweist und von Mittelachse (4) zwei spiegelbildliche Seiten (2, 3) besitzt.
3. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte an beiden Seiten im Bereich der der Mittellinie (4) am nächsten angeordneten Langlöcher (6, 7) Ausbuchtungen (21) aufweist, wobei die Aussenkontur (23) an der Mittelachse (4) eine Einschnürung (22) besitzt.
4. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsbohrungen (6, 7) Langlöcher sind.
5. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungsbohrungen (6, 7) dynamische Langlöcher mit Senkungen (8) sind, wobei die Senkungen in Richtung der Mittelachse (4) zeigen.
6. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier dynamische Langlöcher (6, 7) vorhanden sind.
7. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zehenimplantat (10, 20) aus einem metallischen oder biokompatiblen Material besteht bzw. eine keimhemmende Beschichtung trägt.
8. Zehenimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zehenimplantat (10, 20) aus Kunststoff besteht.
