Claims (11)

1. Instrumentensatz für das Implantieren einer Kalotte am proximalen Femur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einer Führungsglocke (20) der zentrale Mittelpunkt in die Hauptachse des Kugelkopfes ermittelt wird und dann ein Führungsspieß (10) gesetzt wird, an dem entlang nacheinander ein Zweistufen-Konusfräser (30) die Konuskontur entsprechend der Innenform der Kalotte (1) fräst, eine Konusführung (50) auf die gefräste Konuskontur gesetzt wird, auf den wiederum ein Planfräser (60) gesetzt wird, der die oberste Kontur des Kugelkopfes plan fräst, ein Führungszylinder (70) auf die Konusführung (50) gesetzt wird der den Konusbohrer (80) für den Ankerschaft (3) der Kalotte (1) bohrt, danach mittels eines Impaktors (40) der Ankerschaft (3) über den Führungsspieß (10) eingeschlagen wird und nach dem entferner aller Instrumente schliesslich die Kalotte(1) mittels des Impaktors (40) in den Ankerschaft (3) und über die gefräste Konuskontur aufgeschlagen wird.
2. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spieß (10) eine lange Achse mit einer Schneid- oder Gewindespitze (11) ist.
3. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Spieß (10) eine korbartige Führungsglocke (20) mit hohlem Griff (21) und einer planen Basisplatte (22) setzbar ist.
4. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zweistufen-Konusfräser (30) die Konuskontur entsprechend der Innenform der Kalotte (1) fräst, mit in zwei Reihen übereinander und am Umfang mehrfach verteilter Schneiden (31, 32) und einem hohlen Schaft (34) mit Knebel (35).
5. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einen Impaktor (40) mehrere andere Instrumente befestigbar sind, nämlich eine Konusführung (50) mit Kulisse (52) und Sichtfenstern (51).
6. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Konusführung (50) ein Planfräser (60) mit Schneiden (61), hohlem Schaft (62), Knebel (63) und Anschlag (64) entlang des Spieß (10) eingesetzt werden kann.
7. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Konusführung (50) ein Führungszylinder (70) mit Kulissenstift (71) in die Kulisse (52) einrastet und eine Anschlagscheibe (72) vorhanden ist.
8. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungszylinder (70) zum Durchführen eines Konusfräser (80) dient, der einen Teiofenanschlag, einen hohlen Schaft (84) und Knebel (85) besitzt.
9. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Impaktor (40) ein Ankersetzer (90) befestigt ist, der Führungsbereiche (92) aufweist, die in der Innenbohrung des Führungszylinder (70) gleiten, der Ankersetzer (90) einen Anschlag (91) besitzt und an dessen Spitze der Ankerschaft (3) ansteckbar ist.
10. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels des Impaktors (40) die Kalotte (2) befestigt wird.
11. Instrumentensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Instrumente (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90) aus einem medizinischen steril zu haltenden Material, vorzugsweise Titan, CrMo oder Kunststoff bestehen.
