Abstract

Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von Fördergurten, insbesondere von Stollenfördergurten, bestehend aus
  • - einer am Gestell des Gurtförderers verstellbar befestigten Traghalterung (4) mit zwei seitlichen Trägern (2, 3),
  • - einer an beiden Trägern (2, 3) gelagerten Nabe (8),
  • - einem an der Traghalterung (4) montierten Antriebsaggregat (11) als Drehantrieb der Nabe (8), und
  • - in regelmäßiger Winkelversetzung auf der Nabe (8) in Längs­ reihen befestigten langgestreckten Abstreifelemente (20) aus gummielastischem Material, die im Betrieb mit ihren freien Enden die zu reinigende Gurtfläche kontaktieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • - die fingerförmig ausgebildeten Abstreifelemente (20) in dichter Folge nebeneinander und durch schmale Radialschlitze (21) voneinander getrennt an einer gemeinsamen Fußleiste (15) befestigt sind und
  • - der Winkel zwischen auf der Nabe (8) befestigten benachbarten Abstreifersegmenten (12) so groß ist, daß die Abstreifelemente (20) eines Segments (12) auch beim Überstreichen eines Stol­ lens (7) ihre von den Abstreifelementen (20) eines benachbar­ ten Abstreifersegments (12) unbeeinflußte Abstreifwirkung entfaltet.

  • - One on the support bracket ( 4 ) mounted drive unit ( 11 ) as a rotary drive of the hub ( 8 ), and
