Claims (2)

1. Benutzergerät, das bestimmt, ob eine Weiterreichung von einer Ausgangs­ basisstation BSser zu einer Zielbasisstation BStar eingeleitet werden soll, mit:
  • - einem Empfänger zum Empfangen des Ausstrahlungskanals (BCHser) von der Ausgangsbasisstation BSser und des Ausstrahlungskanals (BCHtar) von der Zielbasisstation BStar,
  • - einer Leistungsbestimmungseinheit zum Berechnen der von der Ausgangsbasisstation empfangenen Signalcodeleistung (RSCPser) und der von der Zielbasisstation empfangenen Signalcodeleistung (RSCPtar)
  • - einer Interferenzbestimmungseinheit zum Bestimmen der Interferenzsignalcodeleistung für die Ausgangsbasisstation (ISCPser) und der Interferenzsignalcodeleistung für die Zielbasisstation (ISCPtar);
  • - einer Verhältnisberechnungseinheit zum Berechnen von RSCPser/ISCPser und zum Berechnen von RSCPtar/ISCPtar; und
  • - einer Weiterreichungsentscheidungseinheit zum Bestimmen, ob RSCPser/ISCPser kleiner als RSCPtar/ISCPtar ist, und wenn ja, zum Einleiten einer Welterreichung von der Ausgangsbasisstation BSser an die Zielbasisstation BStar.
2. Benutzergerät, das bestimmt, ob eine Welterreichung von einer Ausgangsbasisstation BSser zu einer Zielbasisstation BStar eingeleitet werden soll, mit:
  • - einer Leistungsbestimmungseinheit zum Bestimmen der von der Ausgangsbasisstation empfangenen Signalcodeleistung (RSCPser) und der von der Zielbasisstation empfangenen Signalcodeleistung (RSCPtar);
  • - einer Interferenzbestimmungseinheit zum Bestimmen der Interferenzsignalcodeleistung (ISCPser) der Ausgangsbasisstation und der Interferenzsignalcodeleistung (ISCPtar) der Zielbasisstation; und
  • - einer Nachrichtenerzeugungseinheit zum Erzeugen und Übertragen einer Nachricht, welche die Werte für RSCPser, ISCPser, RSCPtar und ISCPtar enthält.
