Claims (3)

1. Umführungsband-Verpackungsvorrichtung, umfassend einen Körper (10), eine Preßvor­ richtung (20), eine Schneidvorrichtung (30), eine Bandrollvorrichtung (40) und eine Bandpreßvorrichtung (50),
wobei der Körper (10) mit einer unteren Basis (17) und einer feststehenden Basis (11) an der Vorderseite versehen ist und die feststehende Basis (11) einen Aufnahmeraum (12) in einem mittleren Abschnitt aufweist,
und wobei die Preßvorrichtung (20) umfaßt:
  • - eine Übertragungswelle (21), welche drehbar in der feststehenden Basis (11) ange­ bracht ist und sich durch den Aufnahmeraum (12) der feststehenden Basis (11) hin­ durch erstreckt und deren äußeres Ende sich aus der feststehenden Basis (11) hin­ aus erstreckt;
  • - einen exzentrischen Nocken (22), welcher drehbar in der Mitte der Übertragungs­ welle (21) montiert und in dem Aufnahmeraum (12) der feststehenden Basis (11) angeordnet ist;
  • - einen Betätigungsstab (23), der außerhalb der feststehenden Basis (11) angeordnet und drehbar mit der Übertragungswelle (21) verbunden ist und die Übertragungs­ welle (21) sowie den exzentrischen Nocken (22) derart antreibt, daß letzterer sich dreht;
  • - ein Gleitbasisteil (24), welches in einem Gleitraum (121) unterhalb des Aufnahme­ raums (12) aufgenommen und darin auf und abbewegbar ist, welches Gleitbasisteil (24) mit einer Rolle (244) am oberen Ende versehen ist, wobei die Rolle (244) ex­ akt unterhalb des exzentrischen Nockens (22) angeordnet ist, die Rolle (244) und der exzentrische Nocke (22) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie einander kontaktieren, und das Gleitbasisteil (24) an einem unteren Abschnitt einer Seite eine Aussparung (247) aufweist;
  • - einen Preßblock (25), welcher fest in der Ausnehmung (247) des Gleitbasisteils (24) gehalten ist, welcher Preßblock (25) auf einen Bandklemmkörper (70) drückt;
  • - eine Druckfeder (26), deren eines Ende in einer Einsetzbohrung (249) des Gleitba­ sisteils (24) angeordnet ist und deren anderes Ende auf der unteren Basis (17) des Körpers (10) aufliegt.

  • - eine Druckstange (32), welche in einer vertikalen Bohrung (15) der feststehenden Basis (11) montiert und mit einer Stiftbohrung (324) zum Aufnehmen eines Posi­ tionierstiftes (325) versehen ist;
  • - ein oberes und ein unteres Messer (35, 36), die koaxial und drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das obere und das untere Messer (35, 36) in einer Messer- Basisöffnung (19) in einer geeigneten Stellung einer Außenseite der feststehenden Basis (11) positioniert sind, das obere Messer (35) fixiert ist und eine nach unten gerichtete Schneidkante (351) aufweist, das untere Messer (36) nach innen hin mit einem Verbindungskopf (363) versehen ist, welcher sich in das Innere der Messer- Basisöffnung (19) erstreckt, der Verbindungskopf (363) des unteren Messers (36) mit dem Positionierstift (325) der Druckstange (32) versehen ist, und das untere Messer (36) eine nach oben gerichtete Schneidkante (361) hat;
  • - den Preßblock (312) der Druckstange (31), welcher derart ausgebildet und ange­ ordnet ist, daß er die Druckstange (32) nach unten drückt, wobei die Druckstange (32) mit dem als ein Drehgelenk wirkenden Positionierstift (325) das untere Messer (36) derart beaufschlagt, daß dieses sich nach oben bewegt und ein Packband (60) im Zusammenwirken mit dem oberen Messer (35) durchschneidet, wenn die Zugstange (31) nach oben gezogen wird.
